If you set online genre as 'Anime', I would recommend to add tag 'anime animation' too. Since 'jpop j-pop pop' exist, it would also be helpful.
Checked for timing thing and last part is kinda BPM change. So I checked this with 1 hrs and set like this one. Although this might not be perfect but at least it would match for every notes almost.

Kalo gatau cara naikinnya, pencet berkas -> buka .osu di notepad -> scroll sampe ke bagian [Events] -> terus ganti atau bisa copy paste offsetnya yang gw tulis diatas.
Bonus : Oh iya, setelah gw amati beberapa mod disini keknya cuma yang post masalah doang yang dikasih like/kudosu (beberapa sih), dan kalo bisa mohon yang saran (lingkaran oren) yang lu setujui disini dan diff lain dikasih kudosu, jangan yang masalah doang yang dikasih kudosu, nanti kasian yang udah susah-susah ngemod (dalam bentuk saran) tapi nggak dapet kudosu ;w; dan gw nggak mau nanti ada modder yang nggak mau ngemod map lu karena nggak dikasih kudosu ;w; (ya itu kalo ada sih :V)
