generally I would recommend follow drums since you can hear a loud sound at 00:00:705, so making it clickable would be better, but it's ok to map fully according to vocal
but in this case you might miss the sound 00:05:117 in vocal, you may put slider end here to catch that note, or make it same as 00:00:705 (1,2,3) for the way you deal with rhythms
