offsets <100 is kinda buggy (esp when mania dudes using -40 global) so please, change audio to this one and do +1000ms on all diffs

what do you mean offset <100 buggy?
the map itself has 10 offset

also don't assume mania people always use -40 global offset if that's what you meant

i'm using the same exact mp3 as the ranked version which is ALSO the mp3 from the artist himself

I'll find a thread that I'm referring to in my mod and tell it later but iirc some nat said that <100 is not recommended
