according to the metadata source (#2477002/7435870 ):

you missed the "." at the end of the title so the title should be "終点の先が在るとするならば。" and romanised title should be "Shuuten no Saki ga Aru to Suru Naraba."
you also need to include the bg source (#2477002 ) in your description

about the piano snapping at the very beginning (00:07:280 - 00:07:790 - ) :
the first half sounds like something between 1/7 and 1/8 and the second half is closer to 1/7 and since they're all pretty fast under current rhythm, both 1/7 (in mono's diff) and 1/8 (in mad's diff) snapping should be fine
