Right now the difficulty between hard and insane is a little big as there are multiple issues (#3920252 #3920270) that caused this phenomenon. Will have to see if resolving these would solve the problem or else there needs to be some big changes done.

00:45:374 - This is the correct time stamp for the actual sound that's mapped onto all instances of 00:45:453 (1) - . However, I feel like for lowers diffs (normal and hard) it's worth simplifying the rhythm to lower the rhythm complexity.

Whether other instances above insane should be adjusted is something that I think is worth discussion as if all diffs are consistent I don't see a reason to reject this move of simplification. It also makes the rhythm more comprehensive instead of a random loud sound on a blue tick that is forced to be mapped. I would like to see some inputs for this topic.
