00:09:066 (9066|3,9354|3,9641|3,9929|2) - it's really weird that only one not is not at same col , how about make it all in same col or let 00:09:641 (9641|3) - move to col 3 to make it 2 a group
00:19:282 (19282|9,19282|1) - Wouldn't it be better to start this chord as [9|10] chord? While i see that you might have placed one note on the left hand for the finish hs, it could feel better to have it directly consistent with the following chords.
Furthermore it would be consistent with 00:21:584 - which is as [1|2] chord on a measure as well.
But i leave it to you :)
00:26:332 (26332|7,26404|3,26476|7,26548|3) - monke mirror for balance 8) https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/16634544/88f3
00:27:627 (27627|7) - You could move this note to 6, to have the stairs as 6-4-2-4, i don't know how to explain it.. felt a bit better while testing it :D But maybe it's just me
00:28:347 (28347|1,28418|2,28490|3) - these three notes feel a little random. elongate 00:27:915 (27915|6) - or make it a simple stream (stairs?)
00:31:224 (31224|6,31368|6) - not sure why there is a 1/2 jack here. 00:31:368 (31368|6) - seems extraneous. Remove?
I'm concerned that from 00:37:001 to 00:43:908 - is a little dense for a normal. It's continuous 1/2 stream WITH 1/4 rolls sprinkled in, at 208BPM. I want to suggest finding a couple spots for a 1/1 break.
There really isnt a super great spot, but I'll suggest on 1/2 after every 2 measure.
That is: 00:37:145 - 00:39:447 - 00:41:749 -
00:39:735 - Syggestion to slightly rearrange to give the main instrument better PR.
Example: https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/18644619/d906
00:52:231 (52231|7,52231|5) - oioioioioi I am pretty sure this one is wrongly snapped! (Wow haven't used that term for a while). It should be moved 1/4 up to match the heavy kick sound :D (And a W should be added then)
00:58:131 (58131|5) - Maybe move this one to 5? You could make a cool repetitive pattern here and match 00:57:483 (57483|0,57555|4,57771|0,57843|4) -
Ofc this is also just optional. Don't want to force you changing it if you prefer it your way :3c
00:58:418 (58418|0,58562|5,58850|5,59138|5,59426|5) - it's still fine cuz different hand , but 01:00:721 (60721|8,60865|5,61152|5,61440|5,61728|5) - is really hard to handle , need to hold LN and keep press the jack
01:32:951 (92951|9,92951|1) - Would be basically the same for consistency as suggested on #2397412, only in case you accepted it ofc
01:43:764 (103764|3,103908|4,104051|3,104195|1,104339|0,104483|1,104555|2,104627|3) - This particular pattern is quite hard for a normal. It's going back and forth on one hand, but the player also needs to skip a finger. I think this needs to be rearranged to something easier.
Here's one idea for an alternative: https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/18644993/00b5
01:57:411 (117411|4,117411|0) - turn to short note so its consistent with this 02:02:016 (122016|0,122016|5) -
02:02:181 - This part is rhythmically and intensity-wise similar to 00:48:512, but in the earlier section you use a lot of doubles for the percussion, here you ease the density a lot by using singles.
The earlier part is honestly quite dense, maybe you can nerf the earlier part a little to match the intensity of the later part?
Idk sorry for being vague I'll be more specific in discord if you'd like me to
02:18:994 (138994|9,141296|9) - is in conflict with following RC:
Avoid using any form of 1/4 shield pattern.
Again, a nice idea but it's too difficult for a Normal difficulty. It fit more into hard and higher. Therefore i would suggest you to leave this as a single long note :)
