00:17:078 (1,2) - 00:22:891 (4,5,6) - Inconsistent rhythm usage which is pretty clear. Would recommend having 1/4 sliders on 00:23:078 - and 00:23:453 - since you do not normally represent the sounds that you do at this point with the reverse slider when there are more interesting things happening.

Additionally to combat 1/2 slider spam maybe you could have hitcircles on these places 00:22:516 - 00:22:891 - or a 1/1 slider over those two points?

00:28:766 - maybe u can make same spacing with 00:28:891 (2,3) - to make 1/6 rhythm more notable.
u seem to use many stacks on the 1/4 rhythms, it makes the rhythm a bit hard to read.

id rather like to stay with the stacked ones since they represent the weak vocal in it, dont wanna think too much about this as gameplay wise it'd be easier with the current design

00:37:016 (2,3,4,5) - This is just unacceptably hard to read at this difficulty level. Since introducing a way to have 1/6 and 1/4 rhythm at the same time in a hard would be a pain in current circumstances, I'd recommend moving the 2 to here 00:36:953 - and keeping the pattern the same. Would follow the drum beat still

00:40:516 (4) - i think u need to move it away and keep the similar spacing with 1/4 spacing.
this one is almost 1/6 sapcing like u do on 00:28:891 (2,3) -, it would make players misread the rhythm

You could reduce 00:40:703 (5) - on the previous bluetick & put a circle on 00:41:266

00:50:891 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - overall this part's rhythm is far more dense than the rest of the section and feels unbalanced. I suggest simply making 00:52:141 (6,7) - into one long slider (1/2) to reduce that density

01:03:641 (4,5) - this is the only 1/4 double that is spaced in the kiai so it feels really out of place of your overall structure. I suggest you stack these or change some other doubles to be spaced.
