The usage of normal-hitnormal sounds very off to me, and it doesn't sound like it represents any specific musical layer of any sort, think about removing it or following beats such as 00:26:739 - 00:28:375 - 00:30:012 - 00:31:648 - etc, it sounds alot more fitting and gives the hitsounds extra atmosphere as the song also does create a different type of atmosphere with the added bass.

maybe "original" in tags for ost since u have soundtrack and "radiation" in tags cause toby fox went by that for a bit

please reencode your audio file to 128kbps as it caps at 16.1kbps~, 192kbps files usually cap at 18-19~.

You need to make or ask someone to make hitsounds for you that both compliment the song and give feedback to players.

I find it hard to see the difference between combo colour 3 and 4 and it actually breaks the guidelines so really should fix it. try to pick something more obvious between these 2 colours

00:26:193 wouldn't putting a kiai here work? it feels like the song kinda rises in intensity (if that makes sense) around this point, and each of the diffs kinda have a small difficulty spike too (except easy i guess)
