Definitely wayy too hard as it stands to be a bottom diff Normal:

Rhythm density is too high: lots of 1/2 usage on the slow bits, as well as generally.
Too much syncopation: many patterns start on a 1/2 tick instead of a 1/1 tick, which is fine usually, but is a bit demanding on a bottom diff
Too much slider usage: sliders are easily the most confusing play element, but they're used very often here, and with fast 1/2 rhythms as well.
