I'm unsure to your custom hitsound names.

drum-hitclap.wav and drum-hitfinish.wav in default hitsounds are drum sounds, but you have replaced them cymbals.
drum-hitwhistle.wav is also just a hi-hat.

I would put these all under a higher numbered soft or normal hitfinish, and use green lines to get the sampleset number needed.

The whistle hitsounds in the beginning ( 00:01:459 - 00:11:458 ) on 100% is much louder than the song.
70% or 80% seems to work great instead, while still being perfectly audible.
