I know this background has been used before. Maybe try and find another one - it'd be easy enough since it's a Miku song.
MP3 is really low quality. Try and find a better one.
There's already a ranked version of this song. Are you sure you want to make another one? Especially when we already have 8 quadrillion (give or take a few) Miku songs already on osu! ?

I hate grid level 2. 01:32:913 (1,2,1) - Even out the spacing amongst these three.
Kind of dull since you're mainly going with the beat the entire time, but it's technically fine.

Wow, not used to circles this small. Don't see them anymore, hehe.
Eh, nothing wrong per-se here, but as a whole, the map feels kind of dull. Very little variance in rhythm and patterns are pretty generic. Try to spice it up with some well-placed jumps, going with the vocals a bit more instead of just the beat the entire time, and such.
