Notes: I like the idea that you're trying to make the map simple, but there are some parts that are not done right, like the HP Drain is quite high with a small amount of notes in the map with a gap of time between each one. And I can see that you mainly used 1/1 timing snap, which is okay, but you can try using 1/2 as well, but just don't make the patterns too complex.

Notes: The combo order setup seems a bit odd to me as its hard to tell sometimes if it is going with the lyrics, the song, or both. Also, remember to look into that offset issue otherwise it would be a huge problem later.
Overall: Well, the map itself doesn't need a lot of work, but there are things to take a good look into. Make sure to check into the background issue as well. And for [Easy], you have a good idea of how to make it easy, but you want to avoid making it too simple. Try adding a few notes and sliders with 1/2 to see if it can be a bit better. For the harder difficulties, you want to make sure to have a "balance" between the difficulties as a huge jump from [Easy] to [Normal] can be unpleasent for new players. For [Insane], you're getting on the right track to make it hard, but make sure to avoid forcing notes where it can't fit with the map and the song. Make sure to take the time now to look over the map and see what you can add or change in them. Not trying to bash at your map, i'm just trying to be as helpful as possible. I'll drop my star in then.
