I would say this is more like a normal because of 02:36:543 (3,4,5,1,2,3) & 02:46:481 (1,2,3,4) this pattern is rather hard for novice
Rise the HP and OD by 3 or 2 ticks, using 0 for them is rather silly :o
00:03:046 (1) - move this 1/1 beat back to 00:02:678 then add 1 more repeat
01:08:567 (1) - move this to 01:09:304 so it'll sync with the vocal
01:18:874 (2) - move the repeat upward so it wont touch the next slider

Not every BG have to be colorful and display the vocaloid (even if it don't fit at all, well I think even a BG showing Enoch would be better than that showing miku). Yeah, especially when you have got a totally awesome background video to look at.

HPD2 OD2又不加分还拉新手仇恨o.o 和主要展现map的H/I不同,Easy做来几乎完全是照顾新手,大家高高兴兴pass轻轻松松打SS多好 well.. reduced AR 5->4, others unchanged

Just some nazi spacing things. Probably fix in grid level 4. Or err on the side of making things slightly farther apart than 1.0x instead of slightly closer than 1.0x, closer is more noticeable because the look cramped.

  1. You need to add the tags for the mapper of yznoob's difficulty.
  2. Add a 1.5 second lead-in.
Easy
  1. Way too many repeats sliders with more than 1 repeat and 1/2 to my taste. I tend to think that such sliders are confusing because the number of repeats isn't easy to foresee, and new players don't always think of checking the presence or absence of a repeat arrow.
  2. 00:53:107 (2,3) - For consistency with the slider before and the one after, I think it'd be better to remove (3) and extend the slider to where it was. The pattern will be imo a lot better and more consistent !
  3. 01:03:506 (1) - Avoid placing spinners so soon after notes in an Easy - it's surprising.
  4. 01:18:138 (1,2) - I don't see what they match in the song. So I think it'd be better to just make them 1/1 sliders, it will be a lot less difficult to play.
  5. 01:38:751 (1,2,3,4,1) - Replace with the same kind of sliders as in the first chorus ? This will help keep some consistency in the map. Changing the patterns is fine (and recommended - ,-) but I think that using the same rhythms is better for an Easy, for it is easier to play.
  6. 02:05:254 (3,5) - Add new combos ? That way you'll have a new combo after each clap-clap, which will be more consistent.

  9. 02:36:911 (5) - It's just an opinion, but I avoid using such sliders in Normal/Easy diffs, because their shape makes them shorter than they should be, and it might be misleading for a player.
  10. 02:59:733 (1) - Hm... It's too close to the previous slider. Also, I find 1/4 kick sliders to be extremely confusing for Normal diffs, because there's no way to tell when they end, and new players don't always have the habit of holding sliders. Were this slider alone without anything after it, it would have been fine, but there's a note 1/1 after it. New players tend to rush on notes to place their cursor before clicking, and kick sliders makes them combobreak because they don't expect the slider to keep going.

    I don't really think there's much 1/2s... Anyway, imo players who click into a 2-star Easy should be aware of reverse arrows. Otherwise they should go play 1-star or half-star maps instead.

    Hmm, imo this one is fine since it's just an "extended" version of a pattern that appeared in this map a lot of times. Besides, it's at the very end of the map and consisted only sliders.   1. Combo Colours: The "ColorHax" seems really nice but I think you should use the "Black" and "Grey" colours for this part: 02:02:310 - too. Also, perhaps make "Grey" a bit brighter? It looks really similar to "Black" while playing.
  2. Tick Rate: '2' would fit perfectly the song, consider using it.
[Easy]
  1. The settings are definitely not the appropriate ones. Try this: OD: '+2' ~ HP Drain: '+1' ~ AR: '-1' (Remember that it's not good at all to keep the settings at '0')
  2. 02:37:279 (1,2,3) - I'm not sure if it's a good idea to place these 1/2 circles here. I think that a circle here: 02:37:279 - should be enough but if you want to keep the other beat too you should use a slider instead.
  3. 02:48:874 (5) - Definitely not a good idea to place a Kick-Slider here, most of the rookies will expect 1 repeat only. Perhaps, remove 1 repeat and then move the slider 1/2 later? (e.g)
  4. 03:11:696 (1) - I don't find this 5% section at the end of the slider really necessary, you should try with 20~30% and a soft-whistle.

  7. 02:19:610 (9,1) - This pattern seemed a bit odd, it looked like 3 circles at first glance. Unstacking (1) would improve the readability a lot. Actually, it would be MUCH better if you replace those objects with a single slider.

  3. 01:06:359 (2) - If you're going to use a slow-down for this "Ahhhhhh" you should use another one for the next one too, otherwise the pattern becomes quite disorienting.
  4. 02:03:782 (1,2,3,4,5) - Same as before.
  5. 02:05:254 - These NC arrangements look really odd and confusing while playing, a simple pattern should be way better.
  6. 02:14:825 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - I don't like how the spacing changes a lot from circle to circle while all of them are 1/2 apart, I strongly suggest to try to make this spacing a bit easier to read.
  7. I found many of the patterns here really nice while I found others rather confusing and hard to read. You should go through the diff and play-test the map many times to make sure that everything is readable and enjoyable for the players~
Okay, I find many things in this mapset really enjoyable while there are others that I really dislike (like the constant slider-speed changes in [Insane]). Thus, I'll not mark this map with a star yet, I'll probably re-check this map eventually tho.

  1. Combo Colours: The "ColorHax" seems really nice but I think you should use the "Black" and "Grey" colours for this part: 02:02:310 - too. Also, perhaps make "Grey" a bit brighter? It looks really similar to "Black" while playing. used the monochrome colors for 02:02:310 -. The darker Grey has a Brightness of 102 and the lighter one has 200, which was almost twice as the darker one and was really close to 240, which is totally white. So I don't think the lighter one should be made any brighter.
  2. Tick Rate: '2' would fit perfectly the song, consider using it.
    Hmm.. I don't really think so. A slider longer than 1/2 is used when 1/2 don't fit the song or the rhythm being followed/created. A tick rate of 2 nullifies all the efforts of plotting the rhythm, as it made anything equivalent to an endless stream of 1/2 circles. Besides, the tick hitsounds are a total horrid not only to me, but to many others as well. So, I'm not changing this at the moment..Thanks for understanding.

  4. 03:11:696 (1) - I don't find this 5% section at the end of the slider really necessary, you should try with 20~30% and a soft-whistle. I want the spinner to silent out because the song itself is "fading" (through the uses of Delay) out, and don't really have a emphasized finish sound. I tried a soft-whistle and it sounded a bit too much.

  1. I'd like to re-mark Tick Rate: '2' for this diff, it would make the slider-speed changes a bit easier to read. The latter part is true for a small chunk of players in osu!. I would be more than glad to do this small favor if sliderticks only indicate speed and do not produce sounds. However as I said before, the tick sounds annoyed me, so I'm not sure about making it 2. Do you have a good solution to the hitsound problem?
  2. 00:53:659 (1,2,3) - I wouldn't suggest using this kind of patterns, it seems really hard to read and it kinda kills the flow imo. You should try to re-arrange it. Hmm.. The 'back-and-forth' motion I used here can make the player go like 'bouncing back', releasing the energy stored from the previous pause and slow-down, thus enhancing the following flowing formation (2,3,1). This is repeatedly used in this map as you have already seen (the 'constant speed changes' as you mentioned), and is actually a design intended to express the 'feel' or 'emotions' of the music, not a way to frustrate players.
  3. 01:06:359 (2) - If you're going to use a slow-down for this "Ahhhhhh" you should use another one for the next one too, otherwise the pattern becomes quite disorienting. As many already have mentioned before, I think making this 1.0x +1repeat instead of 0.5x would be much less disorienting for players.
  4. 02:03:782 (1,2,3,4,5) - Same as before. I spread (2,4) out in a fan-like fashion so it should be easier to read now.
  5. 02:05:254 - These NC arrangements look really odd and confusing while playing, a simple pattern should be way better. ok
  6. 02:14:825 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - I don't like how the spacing changes a lot from circle to circle while all of them are 1/2 apart, I strongly suggest to try to make this spacing a bit easier to read. Made (1,2,3) DS and only one jump exists on (3,4) now. I hope this is easier to read.
  7. I found many of the patterns here really nice while I found others rather confusing and hard to read. You should go through the diff and play-test the map many times to make sure that everything is readable and enjoyable for the players~
    Well I think I have played this diff for at least, if not more than, 80PC during all the process. I constantly play-test when mapping, and I play-test for several times every time I'm checking a mod post, to catch the reasons behind mods and find out if I should change or not. I think the majority of this map is enjoyable as least for me and many modders/testplayers I found...
Okay, I find many thing in this mapset really enjoyable while there are others that I really dislike (like the constant slider-speed changes in [Insane]). Thus, I'll not mark this map with a star yet, I'll probably re-check this map eventually tho.

  4. 01:13:905 - This break is way too short and unnecessary, remove it please. already done in previous mod
  5. 02:02:310 ~ 02:17:034 - Those claps on the "Blue Ticks" (1/4 divisor) do not sound good at all imo. I strongly suggest to remove them.
  6. 02:22:739 - This one is not as bad as the last one but you should remove it anyways...
    Those are sort of fine for me, kept them as they were for now.

Look at it from an intermediate player's point of view. They may get confused by this. My suggestion was just a small change, and it wouldn't hurt anyone. It would most likely benefit the map. If you really don't want your bubble to be popped or you really don't agree with me, then that's okay.

Thanks to Shiirn for informing me...Then let's leave this for the BAT to decide. I still don't think the change is that necessary though, regardless of this map being bubbled or not. So BAT points this out -> change, otherwise no.

@Jacob Thanks for sharing your opinion, though imo [Normal]s should not only be some easy score for new players, but also stairways to harder diffs, that means [Normal]s may feature patterns that players shall see in harder diffs as to make the transition smoother. Also while an [Easy] presents in the mapset, there's no real need to make the [Normal] that easy.

Wow, this is much much harder than I was expecting after playing the ENH.
00:46:113 - Why so empty of hit objects suddenly?
00:58:997 (1,2,3,1,2,3) - Whyyy 1x and 1.5x mixed up during the chorus. It doesn't read or play well at all since you don't use the speed changes consistently. I really recommend you rethink these.
01:09:304 - I'd either go all out with a long spinner from here or map through the spinner you have. Right now it starts and ends awkwardly and doesn't really fit the song at all.
01:22:923 (7,8,9) - Stacking positions these weird. I recommend trying a different pattern.
01:26:052 (1,2,3) - Strange to have these stacked but all the other 1/4 rhythms not.
02:21:911 - Add a break here and delay the start of it at 02:22:923 -

03:11:604 (1) - End this at 03:12:616 -

Those slider speed changes have to go. Either make them consistently used with the song or get rid of them altogether. Right now it's mostly a guessing game even with the slider ticks and it's just frustrating to play instead of having something to to kick back and relax with. I also didn't like how much more difficult the Insane was compared to the Hard. You had a nice difficulty spread going from E to N to H, but to I was a huge jump.

If I have to remap the whole thing to get the map rankable, I can't see the point of getting it ranked at all. To me, it does not matter how many ranked maps are credited to the account "Cirno", but rather, how many maps that express my understanding of the song and mapping get ranked.

So yes, I won't remove the speed changes. I won't do anything that defy the purpose of compensating with all those mods, as said above, if I have to do that to get the map ranked, I'd rather just have it graved. It's not my mapset anymore. EDIT: In other words, I may plan on doing something, but not doing everything.
Though this map, in its current state, can be shitty and unrankable, it's still mine. I'm happy to learn in the process that there are people who like or once liked it, and that's enough.

If you ever feel like rebubbling, I can change those else that does not affect the main structure of the map. If not, just leave this popped, thanks.

For the time thing:
Time that is spent is spent, I can only apologize to those people. And after all, it's my time that get wasted the most.
I also understand that your time is precious, you could have used that time to rank someone else's map, and so my shitty map prevented some map from ranking. Please have my apologizes, though you chose this map on your own.
I'm also grateful because I finally learned that a map liked by many modders, approved by 2 bats, may actually need remapping to be rankable.

Where did I say to remap the entire map? You're blowing misinterpretations out of proportion.

If you can give me a good justification behind to speed changes, I'm happy to adjust what I mod. What bugged me most was that those speed changes were used inconsistently. You slowed down during one part of a song and when that part of the song repeated, you didn't use it there. You used it in a different place. The only purpose I see this giving is to confuse the player, not represent something from the music. THAT is why I don't like them and wouldn't put my name behind this map set for ranking.

So: If you can give me a good reason WHY you mapped in this manner besides "it's my map" then I'm willing to discuss things.

I must say to produce a good map, any SV change, even for a single object, can make at least a large section subject to adjustment of slider shapes, spacing, object placing... or essentially that's remap. You could make an argument that I can just add a repeat to each slider or place circles stacked under them, but that's not good mapping. Maybe you map that way, 呵呵.

As you can see, I have 2 different chorus map sections. They appeared in a A B AB sequence. A has slowdowns, and the 2 As are just rotated 180 degrees, they are identical. And yes, the 2 Bs do not slowdown at the same points -- they have no SV changes at all. Actually I can't see where did I "use slowdowns in different places", they just exist or don't exist.

imo slowdowns add to the dynamics of the flow, making it less monotonous and boring. The hold-and-release procedure can then make the flow follow the music more, by changing speeds relative to the feel of music. It is not a way designed to frustrate players.

So probably that's all what I'm going to say.

I tire of you putting words in my mouth. I'm willing to work with you, but with your current attitude, I'm finding it distasteful to bother and you obviously don't reciprocate. Let me know if you have a change of heart and want to work this map towards ranking.
