Add a larger lead-in time.
Lower the audio of your hitsounds.
Also add something to your spinner so the player can tell how close they are to completing the spinner.

-I think adding Normal samplesets at spots like 00:23:316 - 00:24:534 and 01:11:286 - 01:12:504 etc would work really well.

Kill slider ticks they sound odd

Try using K2J's Timing help

Timing: BPM is okay
Offset: 3rd and 4th timing section offsets are almost 200ms off. This makes the song sound odd in certain bits and should be fixed before this is ranked. You'll need to add another one before the beginning of the 5th as the offset deviates another 70ms or so before the beginning of the next one.

I can't mod this properly until you fix the offsets. You're going to have to rearrange half the song because as it is now, it's unrankable.

Contact awp or somebody else good with timing. This really needs to be fixed.

Just some quick notes about skin - map looks nice.

- In Ultimate's diff approach circles are almost invisible.
- BG in Living Death is damn ugly.
- I completely lose track about where is my cursor when spinning - cursor and its trails blend with background. Try to do something with it, eh.
- Get custom reverse arrow (yes, it really looks ugly without it) andm maybe some combo numbers.

Just a quick remod about the skin cause it's been bothering me for a while.

There is no "%" and thus most of the time with plenty of skins, the accuracy looks odd due to the numbers not looking like the percent icon.

Having a scorbar-ki image looks off without a custom lifebar to go with it on most skins.

This is just an opinion, but I think there should be a center pin on the spinner so people don't complain about not being able to spin after this is ranked.

You don't need to give kudos for this post, just wanted to get that off my chest.

before i look at this again, "sugarcult dead living" should not be in the tags. It is redundant. If i find nothing else wrong, i can fix it myself.

EDIT: popping bubble. timing is terrible. Working on finding the correct timing See posts to follow. Be sure to resnap all notes and double check to make sure everything is in place


Also, while the HP Bar has a very nice effect to it, it does not appear over spinners or during the audio lead-in time. I highly recommend not using it (sorry! ^^; ) and instead just use a normally skinned one (still can be the same design though, just not SB'd in

Also the silent slider ticks sound terrible. I was discussing this with #mod and we think its because the timing is so off which makes it sound terrible.

OK, so I took some time to identify the major problem with timing here...
...BPM is fine; what actually is a bit tricky is that the offset 'resets'. This is what I got so far:

Notice how each of these changes keep on landing on Red Ticks. This is the best I got so far.

Overall I'd say you should increase your normal hit volume a bit, song is relatively loud so match it up.

Add a couple finishes since you only used them mostly at the start and the end, it'll make your map a bit more epic. Possibly silence your slidertick, at least on sliders like 03:30:810 (1)

The choruses seem a bit lacking in hits.

9 spinners in (roundup) 120 = 1 per 13.3 seconds. Let's try and bring that down a little, especially towards the end.

IMHO, [Living Death] feels somewhat like a longer version of [Alive]. Probably it's due to the strictly vocal-following streams and sliders, iunno.

I'd also like to mention how only one of the three difficulties cover the entire song. I think that's the only thing making it "harder" than the two.

But then again, that's some preferences I'm making. Technically, the map's good to go.

I somewhat agree with vyt's comments and I've noticed it to. Really I think the majority of the diff's should be made to be fully for the song. 1000% Sparking! is an example. the hard diff for that was shortened while as the other two of them [Normal] and [Insane] were longer.
