Where to start..
00:01:109 (1) - These whistles here.. they sound really out of place to me. I dislike it a lot, how about replacing all these odd sounding whistles with regular, default, soft whistles?
00:11:390 (1,2) - These two hitcircles here make the pattern start earlier than it should, also in my opinion, it sounds off beat. I suggest deleting these. Also, it'll fit the vocals better, it seems as if you're mapping by the vocals in this first part as you've left parts without vocals empty.
00:11:558 (3,4,5,6) - Move these all 1 grid left so that (4,6) have perfect symmetry along the y axis.
00:14:255 - I'd add a note here, with your whistle (which should be a default soft whistle) so the map flows better, and doesn't skip this 1/1 beat.
00:20:323 (4) - It looks neater if you stack this with (1), it also makes a nice little triangle.
00:48:025 - 00:48:194 - Fill these two places here to keep the ever so precious flow.
00:54:093 (1) - I see why you've placed the new combo here, it isn't part of the previous combo but it wouldn't fit with the spacing of the next combo. I suggest deleting the new combo altogether so you avoid having these odd 1 beat combos.
00:54:430 (1) - Move this to the left so it's symmetrical with the y axis, it looks much better.
00:54:598 (2) - I'd make this a horizontal flip of (1) from the previous combo, it's good to align notes together like that.
00:54:767 (3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11) - Do the same as you did with (1), I love my symmetry! D:
00:56:452 (3) - Aaaaand same here.
01:01:171 (1,2,3,4,5) - Move these to the left as well.. for symmetry of course!
01:17:520 (2,3) - Listen closely to the music, what you hear is a triplet, not a double. Add a note at 01:18:362. It'll make this sudden 1/4 less unpredictable.
01:19:037 (1) - Could you stack this with (1) so the new combo isn't needed?
01:21:733 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5,6) - It would make a lot more sense to make the following stream start in the direction of this spiralling 1/2 pattern.

02:12:969 (1) - Ouch, lower the volume of the hitsounds here so the buzz from this 1/6 slider isn't so loud.
02:33:194 (3) - Delete the inheriting section so that the hitsound on the endpoint is at full volume.
02:39:936 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - Try this so that all these notes don't seem so crowded in that little space.
02:41:874 (5) - I'd suggest deleting this note here, you haven't made any patterns like this one anywhere else in the map.
02:46:508 (2,3) - Same issue as the previous slider that had this sort of pattern, there's a triplet at the end of this slider, not a double.
02:48:025 (1) - You should stack this with (1) so that the new combo isn't needed.
03:06:565 (3) - The points on this slider look kinda off, how about just deleting the points and making it a basic straight slider?
03:26:621 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) - This is the only time you've made triplets like this, how about making them stacks instead, for consistency?
03:34:374 (1,2,3,4,5) - These jumps are enormous in comparison to the other jump patterns in this map, could you please make them a bit smaller?
03:41:958 (1) - Place it opposite to (5) to make a diamond pattern that flows better than the back-and-forth 1/2 you have here. Also decrease the volume of the hitsounds so the buzzing isn't so loud.
03:57:969 (4) - If you place it here.. you kinda make a diamond shape with (2,3,4,5)!
04:05:385 (4) - You haven't done anything like this anywhere else in the map, for consistency, why not convert this into two hitcircles that stack on (5)?
04:08:166 (6) - I would never connect two sliders using a single 1/4 beat with this spacing, I suggest deleting this note unless you can space these 3 hitobjects closer together.

Hm. Quite a nice map, however it may need a fair bit of work before it's ready to be approved.
