It's one of the first difficulty that introduces gimmicks by only using straight sliders on the first part then only using curved ones on the kiai until the end. it uses also symmetrical patterns in some parts, and having a very slow slider velocity unlike the next difficulties.
The way it was made by only using short "burst" sliders and high circle size make this difficulty easy to play with HDDTHR and getting the double of pp than Normal when SS.
