I tested this map multiple times and checked from the editor, and found out your offset is wrong. It should be 584, 573 is way too early. Plus, i don't know if it's a ranked set's timing but 00:40:573 - this one is unnecessary, 00:42:448 - this one should be 00:45:573 - here and omitted and you need one more timing point at 00:46:198 - this, without omitting the bar line. (Please put the timing points based on the new offset, not old. Those parts are wrong too and they should be 00:45:584 and 00:46:209)


Inner Oni

00:37:760 (29) - This guitar sound is lower, compared to the first one. Changing it to don will be good. (I'm referring to 00:35:260 (13) - this note.)

00:55:963 (159) - Hmm, isn't this a bit inconsistent? My suggestion will be deleting this note and 00:56:041 (160) - filling this one with finisher since you used finishers on all of the crash cymbals.

Nothing else I've find about as an issue for this diff.


Oni

00:35:104 (10) - Kat this? Will emphasize the guitar sound + you've mapped that note kat in Inner Oni.

00:37:760 (23) - If you apply this on Inner Oni, change this one to don also.

I've found nothing else on this diff.

:arrow: other than that is not wrong imo. 00:40:583 - redline here is necessary since the metronome is changed to 3/4 (you can hear the rhythm change), and normalized to 4/4 again at 00:42:458 - rhythm is actually stable with syncopation in the melody, no need to add and omit barline at 00:45:583 -


Inner Oni

  • Your ending time it's kinda controversial, that's why I wanna suggest you to unify at least Muzukashii with lower diffs, so adding k on 01:26:208 - could be a good option and it's enough.
  • same as above should be applied on 00:20:583 - for consistency.
  • 00:17:926 (43) - change into D for two reasons, first of all for consistency, why only Muzu and Oni are using K here?, second cause transition between 00:17:770 (42,43) - is unconfortable for newcommers imo, k D is easier to hit.
  • if you are agree, apply the same at 01:23:551 - for consistency.
  • 00:43:239 (63,64,65,66,67,68,69,70,71) - gap with futsuu is really short, almost the same, but if we talk about muzu-oni, gap is long, that's why I suggested some things on this part at lower diffs to improve the spread so, What do you think about adding d at 00:43:083 -?
  • 00:52:301 (102) - sounds better as d, will follow vocal better
  • 00:54:489 (112,113) - press Ctrl+G, sounds better as a mirrored pattern of 00:54:020 (110,111) - also because drum at 00:54:645 - deserve k.
  • 01:05:583 - are you sure you don't want to follow drums as you did on 00:55:583 -? looks kinda inconsistent.
  • 01:06:364 (25) - remove this note if you are agree with my previous point, furthermore is kinda weird that muzukashii have a note here while Oni doesn't, fix that pls
  • 01:08:864 - same as above and I recommend you to follow another rhythm cause this part is totally different if you compare with other diffs, what do you think about this rhythm: 01:09:645 - move to 01:09:958 -, remove 01:09:801 - and move 01:09:489 - to 01:09:645 -, finally move 01:08:864 - to 01:09:333 -, if you are agree apply the same for the previous pattern to keep a better consistency.

Talked with Monstrata about the timing and corrected that there is no 3/4 change as I stated on my first mod which you've rejected. So, here is what the timing should look like:

Also, after you change these, remember to omit the barline at 00:45:583 - this point too. These changes will fix the timing problem.

How did that get ranked lmao. Then again no one checks mania anyways. But yea, its just 4/4 all the way with a metronome reset at the kiai. 3/4 waltz is wrong, thats a really standard drum rhythm you can hear in many rock songs. it doesn't mean we suddenlt start adding random 3/4 time signatures there just so the drum rhythm begins on a downbeat.

At 0:40 it's clear that it's 3/4. It's not random.
I can't believe i actually searched for the music score. If you're still not convinced i will still gather more opinion.

This is a 3/4, which can be justified by listening to the structure of drum set layer:

! 00:41:051 - / 00:41:989 - same hold cymbal crashes here and there, this sound indicates that the two phrases should be identical, according to general rock music drum set patterns.

> 00:40:583 - / 00:41:520 - the extra sfz of drum hits indicate something (a time signature change/ special emphases, depending on the melody). In this case, the drum set is the solo, and it dominates the whole rhythm. The repeated phrase state the words afore-head quite clearly imo, not sure if you can hear that as well.

> 00:40:583 - / 00:41:520 - / 00:42:458 - In Soli, the on-set of each layer is thought to be consistent, that'd be reflected in barlines in game-play.

With the support of musical score, there's no longer a timing issue.
