General

- Why is “enable countdown” checked and “letter box” checked? There are not breaks in the song for letterboxing and there's not enough lead-in for a coutdown.
- BG is a weird size that isn't proportionally rankable. Make it 1366 x 768.
- Uncheck Widescreen Support on “Salad” and “Truth and Ideals”.

00:02:316 (2) – This is a bit too close to the border, move to X=448.
00:05:044 (2) - ^ move to X=64 for better flow as well.
00:15:953 (2) - ^Again, border stuff. Move to X=464.
00:19:362 (2,3) – The spacing between these is awkward, it plays better with (3) on X=304.
00:23:165 – New combo here so the combo isn't so long that it's unrankable.
00:23:165 – I think it should be a ½ reverse slider here instead.

Ok i decided to dig deeper in this whole metadata shit that i didnt do very well and i discovered that i got the wrong song.

the name of the song in the Pokémon Black & Pokémon White: Super Music Collection ( http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/ ... Collection)
is called an unwavering heart.

the version of hte song im using is from an easter egg in pokemon x/y when you talk with a guy in coumarine city and he plays a redone version of this song.

First CtB Mod, gonna second that it comes from X/Y, but do add B/W to the tags since it's from that game originally.

Now that I think on it, it would be better if I waited until after you finished Roseus' mod...
Don't stretch the BG, crop it. Now it just looks weird.

00:23:165 (1) - On cup, the hitsound is clap. On Salad, no hitsound, on Truth/Ideals, hitsound is whistle. Inconsistent, I think whistle is best. Just go through your map playing spot the difference between hitsounds and for any differences, pick the best one.

Should make spinners start 1/2 a bar earlier, since there's a gap but it's the same note. Could also make the spinners end one beat later to follow the piano, if you do that also move the 5% volume timings, and add it to truth/ideals too.

Salad
00:44:983 (2) - Too far, compare it to the previous two notes.

Second half of the map has almost no hitsounds

Truths/Ideals
00:02:316 (3) - For these, you could potentially make the start of (3) a circle and the end a long slider. If you apply it to similar combos then it would allow you to have more hyper dashes to regain the lost *s from the next mod.

Hi! I think that previous mods changed bad parts of your map. I will write you what I would make different.

Cup
00:21:748 (1,2,3,4) - I would dismiss that notes a little bit to make it "harder?"
00:25:892 (2,3,4) - ^^^^^
00:48:051 (1) - You can make that spinner longer. I think that 3 "ticks" will be great.

Salad
00:10:839 (1,2) - You should avoid vertical sliders.
00:21:748 (1,2,3,4) - It's great part to create left-right jumps.
00:48:051 (1) - Longer spinner (same in the Cup)

Truth and Ideals
For me that is perfect level. :) I would change only spinner length (like Cup and Salad).
You should to increase combo how much you can.

It isn't professional mod but I told you what I would change.

I edited my mod because there was a problem with the hitsound suggestions I made - it's fixed now.

And you should maybe try out my suggestions about kiai, audio, hitsounds and NC for every diff as a whole, because I think they work the best if they are used together.

One on my first modes (my 2nd) so I tried my best but I'm not sure of what I suggested ^^'

[Truth and Ideals]
  1. 00:27:255 - Create an HD here, it works well. I tested x:464 for 00:27:255 and x:64 for 00:27:596 and I find it nice.
  2. 00:41:574 - If you can space more, it would be better to play : try x:64, and for the slider after, try to move it to x:160.

PS : Oh, and a BW background on a XY music is strange, but anyway x)

  1. You should get help with timing. If you hear 00:02:357 (2) - on 25% playback rate, you can notice this is like 45~50 ms delayed, although I think that's not constant, so it's not a simple offset change (blame piano).
[Cup]
  1. 00:10:880 (1,2,1) - This is far too spaced for a Cup. I know it can be catched without dashing at all, but for a Cup it's too much. Reduce the distance
  2. 00:23:505 (2,3) - Again, even though it's walkable, I'd reduce the distance a bit since this is a Cup.
  3. 00:32:710 (1,2,3) - ^Same on this, I'd reduce the distance a bit.
  4. 00:40:210 (1,2) - And same thing on this. I would put (2) on x:416 or x:424.
  5. 00:44:301 (1,2) - Same here, I'd put (2) on x:240 or 248.
[Salad]
  1. 00:01:335 (1,2) - 00:04:062 (1,2) - I'd reduce the distance in each pattern, as they can be easily confused by needing a dash by newer players.
  2. 00:08:153 (2,3,4) - This distance isn't that easily walkable and players don't react that fast at this level, so I'd reduce the distance. Putting (3) on x:176 feels better.
  3. 00:10:880 (1,2,3) - Instead of having equal distances before and after (2), you could decrease the distance to (2) and increase the distance to (3) to emphasize the stronger piano at 00:12:244 -. Maybe you could do something like:
  4. 00:14:971 (1,2) - Same to 00:01:335 (1,2) -, I'd reduce this distance because it can be confused as needing a dash.
  5. 00:19:403 (2,3) - Again, this distance can be easily confused as requiring a dash. There's also a strong piano at 00:20:425 - that feels really underemphasized the way it is now, so I'd suggest you split 00:20:085 (3) - into two circles and put the first one closer to (2) and create a dash between both circles.
  6. 00:21:789 (1,2,3,4,1) - Hardly walkable pattern, so it may be easy to miss. And if you intended it to require small dashes, it would be wrong too. I'd reduce the distance between 00:21:789 (1,2,3,4) - and create a dash between 00:22:812 (4,1) - . One way to do it would be, for example, this:
  7. 00:32:710 (1,2,3,4,1) - The same thing happens here, so I'd do something similar.
[Platter]
  1. 00:01:335 (1,2,3) - This is blatantly overmapped, as you have four 1/2 sounds when actually there are only 2 sounds in the music. To make it worse you have a dash to a non-existant beat at 00:01:335 (1,2) -
  2. 00:04:062 (1,2,3) - Same here
  3. 00:12:244 (1,2,3) - Same here. In this case you're adding an HDash between a non-existant beat and another sound 00:12:925 (2,3) - , which is completely wrong.
  4. 00:14:971 (1,2,3) - And same
