Problem Details:
The beatmap you're trying to submit isn't owned by you !! i don't do anything wrong ? this is my new map ! ? same name ? BeatmapID:0
BeatmapSetID:1 ? nothings wrong !

I think BeatMapSetID should be at -1. ~~Maybe i'm wrong, but i remember i saw this yesterday.~~

As the above poster suggested, try setting BeatMapSetID to -1 - this handle is used for all unsubmitted maps. If that doesn't work, see if any of the suggestions in this thread (or the one above) solve your problem: t/309253
