idk if I'm just seeing things but aren't certain objects very slightly unsnapped in the insane diff? it doesn't appear on ai mod, but for example these notes 00:51:571 (2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - seem like they are unsnapped by a few ms
not sure if you need to, but shouldn't widescreen support be on?
other than that everything else looks fine

a lot of streams in this map have inconsistent spacing which makes me think it's intentional, but I'll point them out just in case:
00:51:475 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - 02:06:281 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - 02:56:151 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - are inconsistent on the same sound
00:56:346 (4,5,6,7) - 01:02:579 (4,5,6,7) - these are inconsistent and 01:02:579 (4,5,6,7) - is inconsistent with 02:17:385 (4,5,6,7) - as well, although both streams in the 2nd kiai have equal spacing to eachother even though the first kiai didn't. 03:01:021 (4,5,6,7) - 03:07:255 (4,5,6,7) - these are both less spaced than the streams in the 1st and 2nd kiai too.
02:29:852 (3,4,5,6,7,8) - 03:19:722 (3,4,5,6,7,8) - these two do too, however 01:27:514 (5,6,7,8,9,10,1) - is fine cos it's a more intense sound
00:55:566 (2) - 02:10:372 (2) - I don't think you should use a more intense slidershape for this vocal sound, if anything it's one of the weakest sounds in the kiai. if you're gonna replace them, then maybe make 00:55:566 (2) - and 02:10:372 (2) - curved sliders and then make 03:00:242 (2) - the red anchor point one because you change a lot of things up in the 3rd kiai so it would be fitting, and you also use more strong slider shapes in the 3rd kiai which would also make it fitting.
01:28:488 (2,3) - with snappy movements like this and then a short break, the player tends to keep their cursor on where they snapped, so it makes it kind of unnatural to have 01:29:073 (4) - starting on 01:28:488 (2) - instead of 01:28:683 (3) -. honestly you could just probably just cntrl+g the slider because it wouldn't make anything inconsistent since this pattern isn't anywhere else in the map, and it wouldn't be bad to have that kind of flow since it would emphasise 01:29:657 (1) - a lot more, which is a strong sound.
03:04:917 (1,2,3) - here shouldn't you stay consistent with the concept where you take the pattern from 02:58:878 (1,2,3,4) - and use it at 03:04:917 (1,2,3) - too? from what I can see you still use the same concepts in the third kiai, you just change up the patterning a little bit, so I think you should try and stay consistent with that idea throughout the third kiai.
03:23:229 - in the RC it's recommended you try and add a spinner if you have the chance so SS scores aren't identical, so you could add one here for the fading out sound.
