This diff isn't done very well. both of placements, rhythm and hitsounds should be fixed/adjusted. I can't list my suggestions one by one since it's the whole logic and the structure that should be fixed instead of concrete details.

Rhythm:

00:01:751 (2,4,6) - notes like these are not needed. Because no sound in the music, plus your rhythm here doesn't enriching the map. On the contrary, the metronous 1/2 breaks the tranquil sense during the intro. In my opinion, during this intro you'd use sliders or rhythm that sounds crystal clear. (your current rhythm is just like so many fragments thrown on the ground)

Placement:

Firstly, in macro view, http://puu.sh/4ttpH.jpg looking at this pic and you find that all of notes are placed on the center, the rest places of the screen is actually not used/abandoned.

Secondly, let's dig deep. A diff should have consistent style throughout the song, then diffs differ from each other. But checking your diff I find different styles everywhere, in other words, there is not a style in your map. It can be concluded "chaotic" or "messy"

so... would you have been trying to suggest a Remap for the diff?

In my opinion, I think a 1/8 streams is not really recommended for this kind of song. This song is very slow and it's only 91.51 bpm, maybe change the stream into 1/8 repeater slider instead? Or if you want to keep this a constant difficulty, maybe add a few 1/8 triple at certain part, it feel kinda weird only have stream for few parts and suddenly is all 1/4 notes. And also, I think you change too much SV in your diff, I don't see the reason why change in SV is needed in this map. Try to keep a consistent SV in this if possible~

00:05:193 (3,4,1,2) - I don't recommend this part to stack a note at the end of the slider, the slider is short and is kinda hard to read.
00:10:520 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - About the 1/8 stream, perhaps change them into 1/8 slider instead?
00:18:962 (3) - I don't really like it that the end of the slider is at blue tick, try to avoid this if possible. Try this:-

make sure changes improve your map, they're just suggestions based on my own experience

[Easy]

00:19:617 (3) - ctrl + h and then move back to the same spot, I think this gives it a bit more visual flow since the curve of the beats goes with this slider a bit more

00:40:598 (1,2) - perhaps you could move these two to the right and up some, so the slider before leads into it a bit more pehaps?

01:03:545 (3,1) - (nazi) blanket's not quite there

01:08:791 (3) - ^, try using two white points in the curve, it will give you more control over the shape

01:29:771 (4) - If you copy this slider 1/2 later and do ctrl + h and ctrl + j, you will notice that the curve isn't the same on both ends, if you want it to be I would suggest spending some time perfecting this slider

01:39:606 (2) - ^

I would suggest moving 1 down and having a bit more space between each note, so a player doesn't hit 1 and then accidentally hit the next note right away, which would most likely cause it to count as a miss
