[General]
Tags is set only Insane-diff. For ranked, All diffs must have same tags.
I suggest to add below sentences for tags
"IOSYS"
"Flandre Scarlet"
(I don't know "smallbeans". Is it necesarry ?)
soft-hitclap and soft-hitwhistle sound same. I think you should choose different sound-file. (And, soft-hitclap2 is unnecessary for this map, isn't it?)

[Easy]
distance-spacing should be constant value for easy-diff.
02:25:369- 02:35:252- 02:36:664- I think these Inherited-Points are needless
(the same goes for other diffs)

[Normal]
For nomal-diff, distance-spacing should be constant value as possible, too.
how about integrating distance-spacing to 1.00x?

unify your audio lead-in (suggested 1000ms, change in .osu file)

you can probably use more soft whistles, e.g. every time the guitar switch strings

00:11:252 (1,2,3,4) - this is very hard to read with AR7 due to the tight spacing, consider revising this pattern (e.g. shift the second slider left). Also 00:11:252 (1) should go 1 grid down
00:49:369 (7) - NC here instead of 00:49:546 (1)
00:50:605 - add a note here (maybe stack on 00:50:781 (1))
01:05:075 (5,6) - blanket these two looks better
01:40:193 (1,2) - avoid the overlap of the slider body here
01:47:428 (3,4,5) - don't stack 01:47:428 (3) on the end of 01:46:899 (2), again very hard to read properly with AR7

02:14:958 (2) - stack the end properly with the end of 02:14:428 (1)
02:28:899 (2) - this may be deemed unrankable since the repeat is blocked by 02:28:193 (1) until moment before having to hit the slider, so its better to move this somewhere else

03:04:017 - add a note here too, place it between 03:03:487 (1) and 03:04:193 (2)
overall the diff looks fine, but while playing some of the stacks were quite confusing, maybe you should do more testplaying on this diff and seek opinions from different players

[Insane]
00:07:017 (1,2,3,4) - fix stacking here, 00:07:017 (1) is a grid lower than the rest
00:17:428 (3) - dont put it under a slider in such an awkward position, try placing it here: 00:30:311 (3) - now this one is actually unrankable; the repeat is completely hidden until you need to hit the slider; reposition this or get rid of the repeat and use a note for 00:30:664
01:08:781 (4) - alot more fun if you stack it on 01:09:134 (1) instead
01:13:017 (13) - NC
01:14:075 (25) - NC, and the stream should stop here; the drums imply 1/2 rhythm here (delete 01:14:164 (26) and 01:14:340 (28))
01:28:546 (6) - 1 grid left
01:41:605 (1,2,3,4) - this jump plays a little weird, how bout like this: 02:12:487 (1,2,1) - The way you NCed this gives a bad implication of the way the spacing works here. An ideal NC pattern: 02:14:428 (2,3,4) - these are in 1/3 snap
02:47:428 - add note
02:58:722 - ^
03:01:369 (1,2) - 1 grid up, 1 grid right
This diff has some weird overlaps too, but the higher AR makes them relatively easier to read. still suggest you to get more test playing and player opinions on this

In general, many of your sliders rhythms feel off because your 1/2 sliders start on red ticks and end on white ticks, when the strong beat hits. The heavy strong beats should be emphasized at the head of the sliders, not at the end, so consider shifting some of your sliders 1/2 or so :)

Also, consider using less stacking as it just doesn't play too well imo D:

And use more curvy sliders! The map will look and play more freely and smoother and less stiff xD

00:01:899 - add a note here? I think you're trying to follow the lyrics here but the beat in the background is quite strong imo, it'd be good to follow it :)
