00:07:564 (1) - I think this would look better if you curved it a little so it doesn't overlap 00:07:189 (5), since the overlap is too small to be an important map design and leaving it like that just looks bad. You can also make 00:08:314 (4) blanket it if you curve it.

Other than NC oddities, the map's pretty good. The 1/8s with slightly different repeats like 00:35:689 (1,2) in Endless tripped me up a little, though.

it only my opinions, but normal-hitnormal here is being too noisy, and I can't hear the drum hit from the song well because it was covered by... ahh the sound from normal, it feels like dominating the song itself, how about use drum sampleset instead? you still can change the normal-hitclap and normal-hitwhistle to drum-

I'm a bit unsure if I would use so high AR on such calm song.
00:03:814 (5,2) - This overlap can be prevented really easily so move it somewhere, maybe something like 153;199
00:09:064 (3) - Play this and carefully listen to music. You can notice that on 00:09:439 is something like break or such stuff, but you change this slider to clear shape. If you'd use CTRL+J, then CTRL+G and move it back on original position it would work really cool, because red points makes just awesome sharp shape which fits with such break.
00:15:814 (4) - There is a problem while playing because of such high AR. Player can be confused with this stack and could click earlier because of speed of approach circle. Consider moving it somewhere or decrease AR.
00:22:564 (1,2) - These sliders seems to have center points on weird position so slider has weird shape. I think clear shape fits really more. 01:43:189 (2) - This note has slider which ends on red tick so space between these notes is unusual so newbies can easily miss this. To prevent confusing new players could be removing this circle and adding repeat on 01:42:064 (1).
01:54:439 (2,3) - Move slider's end on 238;63 (or press CTRL+G twice, to move ending point on center of slider's circle), then move 01:55:189 (3) on 238;63 for perfect stack.
02:08:126 (5) - Move this on 182;188 to clearly follow 02:07:564 (4)
02:16:564 (3,4) - I feel these sliders deserves symmetry, but maybe it's my own feel.

If you haven't fixed kiais on another difficulties, make these same as on Endless diff.
00:02:126 (2) - This overlap is really unnecessary and looks bad while playing. Consider moving this slider on 349;290 it will also make stack with (1) which flows perfectly.
00:15:439 (5) - Move this circle on 49;224 to make better blanket and also perfect triangle pattern with previous note and next slider.
00:21:064 (1,2) - Prevent this overlap. It's really weird when the start circle of slider is hidden.
00:42:814 (3) - Move this on 427;158 to make awesome blanket with 00:42:064 (1). Currently it's unsymmetrical.
00:47:689 (7) - The same problem as 00:02:126 (2)
00:48:439 (1,2,3,4,5) - This pattern is quite unsymmetrical and how could I say it.. it flows bad because all these circles touches themselves and I kinda feel it's unnecessary. Just suggestion, but consider something like this or at least make it symmetrical. 01:24:907 - There could be note because stream starts on 01:24:814 in music.
02:02:689 (4) - Move on 316;328 to don't break linear pattern and consistent DS.
02:27:064 - This green point is unnecessary, doesn't work. Remove it.

00:19:939 (2) - Move this on 221;72 or something like this, because it's visualy consistent distance as all of your streams in this difficulty. Really it's another snap, but visualy it could follow streams like 00:22:189 (5,6,7,8) etc. It's always better when you're consistent with whole map.
00:45:439 (3) - If you listen to music, there is 1/4 stream. Make 1/4 slider from this with 1 repeat. The same as 00:44:876 (1). 00:49:564 (3) - I feel this one breaks flow a bit and I think it's even more better when this circle is on the same position as 00:49:001 (1) or maybe on 00:49:189 (2) 's start. Probably my own problem, but I don't like when it's above this slider, that's all.
01:01:189 (2) - I'd make 1/4 stream starting on 01:01:189, ending on 01:01:470 instead of this, because it imo follows music better. 01:10:939 (2) - For this slider fits even more this, because on 01:10:939 starts something like really short and rare cymbal which imo deserves rare slider 01:26:689 (1,2,3,4) - I guess this stack is unnecessary and you almost always use normal stream which you could use even here, because this totaly doesn't need it.
02:15:064 (1) - I think this slider doesn't fit music, there are not breaks or some rare sounds to use sharp shapes. I recommend you to make normal slider liek 02:18:064 (1) from it.

2JInxyjem: The part you mentioned was emphasizing the pattern used there. I think NCs are fine
2Matoryoshika: Tried reducing the volume, but really can't hear a lot of difference lol I will ask friends about this. No changes for hitsounds
2selova: The place where you told me to put a circle is intended to be a short pause and I like it a lot this way :p
I also tried changing hitsounds as you told me, but I still prefer it as it is now
2Wafu: I explained a couple of things I haven't fixed in-game to you :] But I fixed spacing after short slider with repeats and changed a few linear sliders to those "rare" sliders

Aaand I fixed remaining bad flow patterns that no one mentioned yet \:D/

    01:34:001 (7,8,9,10,11) - These should be 1/2
     
  2. Plus, some 1/8 slider's length are totally random

  3. And for placement of notes, they are mainly lack of "cleanliness". Which look like they're repeating a same pattern but randomly placed.

I'd say a gap between Calm and Nold is the same as the gap between Nold and Endless. I think that makes sense :D (also Calm is supposed to be a normal diff so)

  1. According to the music, over 50% of the rhythm are misplaced or off-beat'd. And parts of them are just overmapped :(
    But it's not misplaced, it's meant to be like that. I don't think mappers should follow every single beat in the song to make the map fun and enjoyable to play. I gradually made the rhythm patterns more complex. Otherwise the map would be pretty boring because the song repeats itself quite a lot of times and not much changes throughout it.
    Oh and if you map every single beat it's more awkward to play the map, probably not even sightreadable well

    For some examples on first 5 seconds:
    00:01:751 - Should be a triple here
    00:03:251 - 1/8
    00:05:314 - 1/8
    00:05:689 - 1/2 or 1/4 there is that trrrrrrrrr sound in the background here
    00:05:876 - 1/8

    Can you be more specific? Maybe some examples of what I can change to what. I don't get it. I follow the style I am using for Kola Kid maps making use of similar slider shapes and flow patterns. It's working very well I think

It's not such big deal if you're not intended to change them, I was just spreading out my own thought, so please don't worry. Everyone have respectively thinking, I was like giving a reminder rather than forcing you to do something according to my opinion.

And actually, you've tired to create your own rhythm and you found it's way better than following the music exactly. Sounds like nothing wrong here, but, although rhythm of the song is kinda complicated, it has a regular patterns. But you're now doing something out of them, in a straight words: it looks like mapping on another song.

But well, just take it easy. :D


For diffs spread: From my own sight, the spread of this mapset was like: Calm<<<<Nold<<Endless
Nold's diff contains tons of overlaps, few streams, and with AR8. I would call it an easy Insane but not Hard.
But Calm is an easy Normal, even I can tell it's just an Easy. The gap between them is more bigger than you imagined imo >_<.

For the patterns...idk if you know "Flow" which used to explain a feeling from patterns. And I found some of your patterns are breaking it.
Some examples here:
00:12:439 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - Uneven spacings, and without a "shape". Solution: Split them three in a group, making two triangle patterns may makes sense "for my own". http://puu.sh/2aH7S
00:26:689 (8,1) - You've used a huge spacing here when the music doesn't give any support for it. Solution: Move it to a suitable place, it would be much more better if related to last pattern too. http://puu.sh/2aHeS
01:06:251 (1,2,3,4) - Random jumps, and (3,4) even reaches 6.29x of spacing. It's kinda awkward when it's used for only once if the whole song keeps repeating.

01:07:189 (6) - The slider's reverse is covered by hitburst, which is an unrankable issue.

And actually, you've tired to create your own rhythm and you found it's way better than following the music exactly. Sounds like nothing wrong here, but, although rhythm of the song is kinda complicated, it has a regular patterns. But you're now doing something out of them, in a straight words: it looks like mapping on another song. Probably it's just that different people hear the song in a different way :p
I map the most important parts of the rhythm to give the map the same feeling as the song

I call the diff gap equal because there are almost no triplets/streams in Nold's diff at all, it's just hard for sightreading, and that's it. Nold said AR7 works too, but AR8 is better. I can understand.. because overlaps and stuff

I was thiking about something else in these parts before, but decided not to use "sharp" flow changes, so it's just circular smooth motion

I've tried shortening sliders and similar stuff on my diff, but it just sounds wrong no matter what I do.
And deleting jumps just makes the map inconsistent and removes the tension on these parts D:
But yeah, updated with bros' fixes
