I'm not too fond of the pause e.g. what I mention for Normal 00:22:049 or let's say I hear a piano sound here 00:38:001, but no note follows it. It's fine for a Hard, but it makes me feel like there should be an Insane where these parts are mapped.
I notice some free styling with the hitsound, in particular, the custom whistle or bass drum sound. You use it sometime when there is no bass/kick drum in music and I find the hitsounding off because of this. I try to respect what you did in my mod, but overall, I'm unsure about the hitsounding here, I prefer if you just match the custom whistle with the drums sound in music and custom clap with the piano music instead, but this's my opinion. If you think it sounds good then this is fine for me.
