I don't find tick2 to fit much; the ticks just sound out of place for me :< And about the speed changes, most of the time I think they're intuitive enough, so I hope they're all right xD

Not a fan of the Taiko drum sound samples used within the mapset itself as this song could do so much better with use of the old standard hitsounds but that's just me.

[Easy]
  1. 00:00:230 (1) - Why does the spinner start without any sound matching it? Move it to 00:00:538-. Only use a soft clap on this spinner to match the bell/chime sound.
  2. 00:13:673 - Add a circle here as you have this same sound mapped only moments later at 00:14:984 -
  3. 00:14:001 (3) - Reduce by a half tick to finish on red as the sound doesn't last as long as you have mapped.
  4. 00:16:624 (6) - Would actually swap this slider out for a shorter length one with a repeat that helps blend in the guitar sound between this audio section as well.
  5. 00:19:247 (3) - Same as 00:14:001, reduce by 1/2.
  6. 00:20:230 (4) - Here and the spinner right after it sound really weird to me so here's two suggestions:
    Suggestions
    1. Remove the slider and just use two circles instead.
    2. Use one circle on 00:20:230 - and start the spinner earlier on 00:20:558- instead.
    Another suggestion if you go with the second variation above - Finish the spinner on 00:21:870, get rid of the finish hitsound leaving only a clap and place a new circle on 00:22:525 - with the clap+finish.
  7. 00:26:788 - I would strongly recommend adding a circle here to help emphasise this vocal section better.
  8. 00:27:115 (1) - Reduce by one white tick.
  9. 00:28:099 - If you do the above add a beat here and use the custom hitclap on it.
  10. 00:38:919 (1) - Remove repeat.
  11. 00:40:558 (2,3,4,5) - This didn't make much sense to me as the guitar riffs here don't match what you have mapped. How I would form the combos would be like so - http://puu.sh/1fprh as it starts the build up leading into your other combos.
  12. 00:46:788 (6) - Remove finish, nothing matches the need for it here.
  13. 00:49:411 (6) - Same as above.
  14. 00:54:493 - Add a circle here to help kick the kiai off, chuck a clap onto it as well.
  15. 01:10:066 (4,1) - I would remove these and opt for a repeat on the previous slider for this held vocal.
  16. 01:18:263 (1) - Reduce by one white tick and add a circle on 01:18:919 -.
  17. 01:26:132 (1) - I would highly recommend ending the spinner earlier on 01:28:427- instead of the current.
    A personal irk is some of the slider shapes but that's just me.

  • First thing's first, go and resnap everything to the correct offset.
  1. 00:16:459 (1) - This sounds way too awkward using a 1/2 length slider here, replace it with one circle and have a 1/2 length slider finish on 00:16:788 - after removing the circle there.
  2. 00:20:559 (1) - End this spinner on 00:21:870 - instead adding a whistle on to it.
  3. 00:33:018 (10) - Select this repeat slider and chuck a whistle onto it.
  4. 00:48:427 (5) - This doesn't work out as you were hoping. Remove the repeat on this slider, move it over to 00:48:755 - and add circles on the previous white/red ticks, and then shape it into however you want.
  5. 01:04:329 (6,7) - Can't say I'ma fan of how this is as the offbeat slider really sounds off, correction to fix this is:
    Suggestive Correction
    1. Remove both of these.
    2. Place a circle on 01:04:329 (6) -
    3. Start a repeat slider lengthed at 1/2 on 01:04:493 - finishing on 01:04:820 -.
    4. Place a clap on the very beginning of this slider.
    5. Place a circle at 01:04:984 (8) - to match the vocal which is more dominant here and place a clap on it.
  6. 01:24:001 ,7,8,9,10,11,12) - Really not a fan on how this sounds/plays, try this:

^ Well, I'll just disagree since I don't really have any real reason other than preference.

[Easy]
  1. 00:00:230 (1) - Why does the spinner start without any sound matching it? Move it to 00:00:538-. Only use a soft clap on this spinner to match the bell/chime sound. - I swear it started there before ;_; Keeping soft whistle because clap sounds blah.
  2. 00:13:673 - Add a circle here as you have this same sound mapped only moments later at 00:14:984 -
  3. 00:14:001 (3) - Reduce by a half tick to finish on red as the sound doesn't last as long as you have mapped. - Should be fine, as ending on red would require a pause of like 3/2 or something (my math is derping), which may feel hard/awkward for a new player.
  4. 00:16:624 (6) - Would actually swap this slider out for a shorter length one with a repeat that helps blend in the guitar sound between this audio section as well.
  5. 00:19:247 (3) - Same as 00:14:001, reduce by 1/2. - Same a 14:001
  6. 00:20:230 (4) - Here and the spinner right after it sound really weird to me so here's two suggestions: - Having a bit of room between the last note before the spinner can be all right so that the spinner doesn't just suddenly jump in the face of the player. 2nd option would be blah because the short reaction time, and honestly I think the spinner is fine as it is anyway, so keeping.
    Suggestions
    1. Remove the slider and just use two circles instead.
    2. Use one circle on 00:20:230 - and start the spinner earlier on 00:20:558- instead.
    Another suggestion if you go with the second variation above - Finish the spinner on 00:21:870, get rid of the finish hitsound leaving only a clap and place a new circle on 00:22:525 - with the clap+finish.
  7. 00:26:788 - I would strongly recommend adding a circle here to help emphasise this vocal section better.
  8. 00:27:115 (1) - Reduce by one white tick.
  9. 00:28:099 - If you do the above add a beat here and use the custom hitclap on it.
  10. 00:38:919 (1) - Remove repeat. - Doesn't feel right, and the current pattern is fine with how it plays and sounds imo.
  11. 00:40:558 (2,3,4,5) - This didn't make much sense to me as the guitar riffs here don't match what you have mapped. How I would form the combos would be like so - http://puu.sh/1fprh as it starts the build up leading into your other combos. - It's more like a simplification of beats I guess. Not sure how to explain it, but it's fine imo.
  12. 00:46:788 (6) - Remove finish, nothing matches the need for it here. - There is a cymbal sound here, if you listen.
  13. 00:49:411 (6) - Same as above. - Changed to normal finish.
  14. 00:54:493 - Add a circle here to help kick the kiai off, chuck a clap onto it as well. - Starting the kiai on the downbeat is fine enough imo, and randomly having a beat with 1/2 timing would be weird (the only very few times I use 1/2 is with sliders)
  15. 01:10:066 (4,1) - I would remove these and opt for a repeat on the previous slider for this held vocal. - Notes stop following vocals here.
  16. 01:18:263 (1) - Reduce by one white tick and add a circle on 01:18:919 -. - It's not following the vocals, so it should be fine.
  17. 01:26:132 (1) - I would highly recommend ending the spinner earlier on 01:28:427- instead of the current. - That's silly imo as the sound continues to 01:29:083 -
    A personal irk is some of the slider shapes but that's just me.
[Insane]
  1. 00:54:164 (4) - Why does this last until the blue tick? Reduce it to the prior red at 00:54:493 -. - The slider is following the swooosh sound, and not the vocals.
  2. 01:22:197 (3,1) - Spinner issue as per prior difficulties. - What?
There's a few other things for this difficulty I want to nitpick at but I'll do that in-game.

Well, usually I would just tell you to go ahead, but I want to keep this mapset with 1 of each difficulty (and be consistent with my other SAO map), so I'll have to decline this time, sorry :(

There are like 29383 other maps for this song though, so you could probably ask one of them :)

Okay i have no idea how to criticize a beatmap but i can say that so far i love it! The insane one is kinda tricky, but after i tried it a few times i managed to pass. It was really fun ^^

Thanks Rika!

Fixed all except for the kiai. Guest diffs are allowed to have different kiai and IMO having it refountain is better.
(I would suggest that all other diffs place the refountain actually instead of removing mine xD)

00:03:531 (1) - The piano hit is so weak that cannot be the reason to place it here, as beginners will often mis-hit it on 00:03:367. You should either place the note here or change it to a slider.

00:20:895 (1) - relatively short spinner. the next note start at 00:23:190 which make the beginners confusing on handling the spinner. you can put note at 00:21:223 ,00:21:879 and 00:22:534 instead.
