Yes, push 00:53:149 (1,2,1,2,1,2,3) to the previous white tick. I would even go as far to say that 00:53:280 (2,1,2,1,2,3) is slightly misstimed and you could add 2 timing points at 53280 offset and 55362 offset.
0:20:034 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2,1,2,1) - I agree this section is slightly misstimed but it doesnt affect gameplay as much as what the timing of the entire diff used to be, you can try re-timing the section if you want (I would say 19 995 offset)
00:55:444 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5) - it sounds misstime because the entire section is missplaced one tick. Just select 00:55:444 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5) and slide 00:55:362 (1) to the previous Blue tick (you should also place a circle on 00:57:985 (6) to fill the gap created)
01:40:035 (1,2) - same as for the first one but I noticed it even less (I would say 100 000 offset
Overall there is inacuracies but it seemed fine when I played it with my offset the first time, the important part is to only re-time inacurate sections and not keep the changed offset after the part is over (for exemple after 0:20:034 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2,1,2,1) is over we would re-time it again at around 21342 offset and at 100694 offset for 01:40:035 (1,2))
