I love the note at 00:11:338!
Hovewer, I have clear reasoning for other cases.
00:12:562 - 00:22:358 - Note here looks good as well, forming a triangle pattern.
00:13:174 - 00:22:970 - Here I'd like to compromise by putting sliderend on a blue tick instead of adding a note, in order to keep the flow and make transition to next object easier (as spacing is quite high there).

00:15:930 - There's no specific sound to map + I want to emphasize section's end by omitting note and increased spacing.
00:31:236 - 00:36:134 - No sound (except for prolonging vocal, but I'd like to underline beats here) + purposely breaking the rhythm to stress reading and fingercontrol part.
00:41:950 - I want to emphasize strong beats at 00:41:644 (3,4,1,2) by omitting note here.
00:45:623 - 00:47:307 - Underlining a unique vocal part by omitting notes right before and in between.
00:49:144 - 01:08:736 - focusing on drums. Thought that mixing it with vocal might sound confusing.
00:52:970 - 00:54:807 - 00:56:950 - 00:59:705 - 01:00:623 - mapped this part before kiai around vocals + want to emphasize stacked back and forth jump (00:53:123 (1,2,3,4) - 00:57:103 (1,2,3)) as well as reading stacked patterns (00:59:552 (7,1) - 01:00:470 (4,1) - 01:01:389 (5,1) - 01:06:593 (6,1))
01:03:685 - Indeed, missing note is inexplicable here, but I'd like to put a sliderend here on a blue tick to provide better flow keeping stacked triangle pattern.

I see the idea of continuous rhythm by doing like this.
00:17:001 (2) - Indeed, it follows the song better if I put a note here.
Hovewer, I personally don't like note at 00:17:460 because the sound here is too weak compared to strong (and similar) beats before & after it. And I also want to emphasize stacked patterns + changed direction at 00:17:154 (3,4,1,2). Same for 00:26:797
I would suggest to compromise like this
