Timing points need a revamp. Your timing point at 00:11:241 is probably the most accurate imo. The tempo does not deviate at all throughout the entire song and your timing points are still not snapped to each other. The only reason to even use uninherited timing points is the time signature change to 3/4 at 00:55:630.
My prefrence is to base your timing points to 00:11:241, thus having the following timing points:
WARNING: Double-check the snapping of your notes after adjusting your timing points.
As per the ranking criteria:
A beatmap's custom difficulty naming must follow a common theme or pattern related to the song or difficulty and must not be misrepresentative. A difficulty name is misrepresentative if it implies a different difficulty level (e.g. naming an "Expert" difficulty as "Normal").
The song is called SUBMACHINE STRIKERZ, hence the intentional misspelling of INSANE as INZANE. This is acceptable and a common pattern used in many other ranked sets, so this is a non-issue. Nobody will ever be confused about this misspell.
Notice this part in the score: https://prnt.sc/ZoKKRFeikHuj
The polyrhythm is intended to be a 7:6/16 - 1/2 1 1 1 1 1
What is actually being heard is a 6:5/16 - 1/2 1 1 1 1 and a 1/16
You are correct, I'll change it in the notation and document the mistake.
