I have 2 concerns about this difficulty and i think you can resolve both by doing 1 thing.
1st problem is that 1/3 and 1/4 gaps on the timeline have the same distance on the playfield. Which can confuse some players(00:57:864 (3,4,5,1) - for example here)
2nd problem is difficulty gap from Hard to Insane. This specific difficulty plays more like advanced with no jumps at all while Insane is just a regular Insane diff
So i recommend to add some slight jumps in points of emphasis and also not overlap objects with 1/3 gap:
00:57:864 (3,4,5,1) - for example here you can move 00:57:864 (3) - farther from 00:57:435 (2) - and move apart 00:58:292 (5,1) - these 2 sliders so that 1/3 and 1/4 gaps are distinguishable.
Obviously it's just 1 example. This applies to the whole diff
00:31:292 (1,2,3) - i would avoid putting reverse so close to previous circle in Easy. Imagine someone playing osu for the first time can click (2) circle late and as a result get confused and missread the pattern(click on the reverse). I don't think that blanket is worth it(it's not really visible while playing).
What if you just rotate (3) anticlockwise and then flip Vertically and put on the same place?
Use this timing. Should be more accurate
Just copy this and open timing menu - timing setup panel - timing points. delete yours and Ctrl+V

02:10:492 (1) - there is a drastic change in the song. it's noticeable. flow break is done intentionally and it fits here
