to me it sounds like the chord held by the electric piano/synth that I'm following with LN is holding from 01:18:077 - . I dont see why I would have to split up the LN, there's no new chord. The double for the kick was removed when I went through the kiai with ilham, I recall we temporarily broke stack consistency to improve playability through that section.

Addressed a few playability concerns raised by Ilham.
It felt like a quirky ending pattern but I changed it for you as requested
Removed the unnecessary doubles as mentioned.
Fixed hand balance by removing all instances of 5 or more consecutive 1/2 notes in a column. Done for entire map. (exception: 2nd kiai diffspike, unavoidably intentional.)
Regrettably fixed the overcooking 💔

The intention was for triples to for Vocal+Chord+Kick. Fixed 01:50:594 - , every other timestamp in your original post has no vocal- (exception: 00:34:440 (34440|3,34440|0,34440|1,34650|3,34650|0,34650|2) - Representing difference in vocal pitch.) If this is too unconventional I'm willing to discuss further, however I would prefer to keep this style if possible as it makes map feel more dynamic for player.
