00:24:972 (2) - This note is obstructing 00:25:110 (3) - this slider's reverse arrow, it causes reading issues.
IMPORTANT:
I might abandon this map or turn back to it in the future.
For now, please check out the current map I'm working on! I've learned a lot from making Philly Nice and looking at a lot of other maps, so I'm really proud of how this one's turning out:
https://osu.ppy.sh/beatmapsets/1417021#osu/2919926
00:00:075 - From what I can tell, the map plays about 15 ms later than the song does, which causes a lot of accuracy issues when playing the map because of the high OD of the map. Since moving every green line ~15 ms back would be a MASSIVE pain, I suggest editing the track to have about 15 ms longer delay in the beginning so that it aligns better with the hit notes. I don't know if this makes the map unrankable as players do use "local delay" often, so take this with a grain of salt, but it's a general issue I bumped into.
Just remembered that in order for your map to be considered rankable, you need to set the preview point for the map.
A preview point is where the song begins playing from when you click on the map in your map selection list.
You need to do this for all difficulties and you can do it like so:
Move on the timeline to the exact point in time where you want the preview point to be.

Then go to "Timing" at the very top with the drop-down menu, and click "Set Current Position as Preview Point".

Do this for all difficulties and make sure it's on the exact same spot for all of the difficulties!
I recommend downloading "Mapset Verifier" for osu maps, it's a really good way of checking unrankable errors and such!
00:24:671 (6,7) - I LOVE what you did with these sliders but you should use them to highlight the "aye-aye" part that starts at this exact stamp: 00:24:853 and it'd be a perfect repeating pattern that's super easy to read and fun to play.
An example of how you could tackle that: https://imgur.com/a/YF6TYT6
00:15:770 (3,4,5) - Avoid overlapping notes at all costs! You should remap these sections more logically so that they still play according to the beat of the track but the notes don't overlap.
Other prominent parts:
00:26:679 (5,6)
00:34:315 (9,10,11)
00:49:770 (8,1)
01:20:860 (9,10,11)
01:13:224 (5,6)
There are a lot of sections where the map's readability is impaired significantly by some design and spacing choices.
For example: these three notes 00:13:951 (2,3,4) - look identical to thes three 00:14:497 (5,6,7) - but they're very different rhythmically and that causes confusion while playing. You should map the longer spaces differently from the short ones.
Here are two suggestions for this:
If you want the first three to overlap: https://imgur.com/a/pyXqDCW
If you want the second three to overlap: https://imgur.com/a/aJSaGLU
I gave up on this map, I did a stupid thing where I thought I needed to have a break in a map no matter what and then lost a good portion of each difficulty
