In general I would say that work on visuals ( I think). Basically make use of simple geometry like squares, triangles, pentagons, stars. You can mirror sliders or make them do something with blankets. Usually I find that making a decent pattern takes like 4-6 objects. So work on those I guess. With jumps try not to go over your previous patterns (unless you are going to stack or for specific overlaps across the entire map, also if an overlap is creating something visually you can ignore if they aren't consistent (https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/17564694/05a8 this is from one of my maps, I think this is okayish not great tho)), use the the shapes of the sliders or stuff like that.
00:44:070 (1,2) - these sliders aren't that great. For this case quite awful as they don't work together or make anything special. You could do something like this https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/17564653/d003 into this https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/17564654/2d90 , the last slider here is quite slow.
for sliders you can just make use of simple ways like https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/17564616/95db . This is faster and easier to control when making a slider. Alternatively for waves this works too: https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/17564622/264d .
For overlaps: 00:10:252 (00:10:252 (1,1,2,3,4,5) https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/17564573/540b ; 00:16:525 (4,3) - 00:17:752 (5,2) - two different types of overlaps and the first one is also kinda close to 00:16:797 (1), look ugly. 00:28:252 (1,2,1) - Could have made a perfect triangle and basically the same as before with the slider. 00:38:615 (6) - this can be simply the same as previous few overlaps. 00:39:706 (1,2,3,4,6) - Yes this is kinda visible during gameplay. 01:01:115 (4,1,2,1,2,3,1). And others just (don't have the motivation to look for more).
all right I'm just gonna give some suggestions. All of the maps seem to be kinda one and the same. Thats probably because you haven't asked for mods, assuming you aren't talking to other mappers or aren't a mentee. To ask for mods you can go to osu forums->beatmaps (you don't need to click)->modding queues. Find people to who are willing to mod (read the rules of their queues and stuff), they will help you to improve by pinpointing issues.
Now I haven't seen any other of your maps, but I am assuming you are new. And as a new mapper your mapping is really good, at least comparing to some shit I was making "cough cough". But in general I would say that your maps are lacking in visuals/patterns, try to be consistent in spacing for each individual pattern. And try to make them look good, as right now most of the time they are just a mess... Also try to fill the entire playfield (ctrl+a will help you see the issues), don't overstay in a single place.
Another suggestion is drop overlaps, you kinda suck on them and they make your mapping look bad and prob play bad.
Lastly if you are going to keep this progression type going maybe make the diffs with dates, will help other ppl track of what you mapped when.

I wont look any further as I expect some changes...
