I am reclassifying this diff to Expert since it's subjective if it will fit the ranking guidelines of Insane.
All notes regarding these Expert guidelines will be posted as responses to this main post.
Insane diff mania guidelines:

✔️Avoid unjustified spikes in difficulty. Difficulty should be representative of the song's intensity.
✔️Long-term slider velocity changes should be between 0.60x and 1.10x.
I am upgrading this diff to Insane to better fit ranking guidelines. I have created a new Hard diff "Stellar" that will complete the set making 4 total diffs, N - H - I - E.

Insane diff mania guidelines:

Not met but has reason - 🟡
Not met - ❌
idk - ❓
✔️Avoid unjustified spikes in difficulty
❓Avoid using split rolls or any kind of complicated 1/8 streams lasting longer than 4 beats
✔️Avoid using 1/6 or higher snap long note streams
✔️Long-term slider velocity changes should be between 0.70x and 1.10x
✔️Slider Velocity gimmicks should be reactable within 1/4 of a beat or more when unnormalised and 1/2 of a beat or more when normalised
✔️Avoid using 1/4 jacks with 3+ notes in the middle of chordstream
✔️Bracket streams should be used sparingly.
In the middle of a long chord stream with a chord every...
...1/1, there should not be more than 3 notes, except at the beginning/end of a stream, when 4 is acceptable.
...1/2, there should not be more than 2 notes.
...1/4, it's recommended to use a single note instead unless there is extremely clear musical justification.

don't think this should be a guideline - 🟥
✔️HP and OD values should not be higher than 8
✔️Note snappings of consecutive 1/8 and higher should not be used
❓Long streams of 1/4 notes should include, at minimum, a 1/2 pause where natural to implement after every musical phrase
🟥Chords within 1/4 streams should be at least 1/1 beat apart from each other
✔️Avoid using chords in the middle of 1/6 streams
✔️Avoid anchors consisting of five or more notes
✔️1/4 Jack usage is discouraged
✔️Avoid using more than 9 consecutive notes in a trill
✔️Long notes should be held for at least 1/4 of a beat
✔️Objects directly after short-term slider velocity changes should appear at the beatmap's normal scroll speed
✔️Long-term slider velocity changes should be between 0.8x and 1.10x
✔️Slider Velocity gimmicks should be reactable within 1/2 of a beat or more
✔️Avoid chords with more than 4 notes
🟥Keep chord distance in a chordstream at a 1/1 or higher interval
🟥Occasional hands can be used in streams, so long as they are separated by at least one measure (4 beats)
This is very undercharted. This music in this section is a fast drum roll. Could be something like a jump trill or rolls but you just skipped all the 1/4 (blue) snappings even though they have very obvious sounds so it plays very odd
01:11:478 (71478|2,71478|3,71478|5,71628|0,71628|6,71778|1,71778|4,71778|5,71928|3,71928|6,72078|5,72078|0,72078|2) -
Also the 2 note chords in 01:07:878 to 01:11:478 confuse me. It looks like the vocals and the stronger synth sounds are all 2 note chords but from player perspective this isn't obvious. Half the time is a split chord and half the time its a connected chord (the notes are adjacent) so its not clear when playing, just messy. Also be aware that not all vocal sounds are of the same strength.
Also the stronger synths are every 1/2 (red and white snaps) but sometimes you only use 1 note so I am not sure whats going on
some examples of mixing 2 and 1 note chords for these sounds
01:09:378 (69378|5,69378|3,69528|4,69528|0,69678|3) -
01:10:128 (70128|4,70128|0,70278|3,70278|5,70428|1,70578|3,70578|0,70728|1) -
01:07:878 to 01:11:478 feels overcharted. Its more dense than the previous section which is musically more intense. Also the section that comes after this (01:11:478 to 01:12:378 and 01:12:678 to 01:16:278) is more intense however charted more lightly, even though it is kiai. I suggest making this (01:07:878 to 01:11:478) section simpler and light since it is less intense.
Also maybe try to find just the 2 most obvious sound in this section and chart those. Currently I think you are trying to chart all the sounds and its very messy. Its causing some inconsistencies. For example look at this clap 01:08:178 (68178|4,68178|5) its 2 notes. But what about this one 01:08:778 (68778|5)?
00:58:278 to 01:07:878 should be 1/4th stream. I think you are currently charting the hi hats here which i find strange because I think the synth-like sounds is more prevalent/obvious. Also, if you do happen to be charting the hi hats here there is some missing notes such as between these 2 notes 01:05:928 (65928|0,66078|2)
I will keep it. The alternative is worse in my opinion because then the rice doesn't match the LN tails such as this https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/18746820/a162
