Set a timing point at 00:19:091 for better timing design. Timing points on this mapset is a bit messed up - Probably ask other modders on this side as they'll have better insight on this than I do.
Inaccurate representation of the song, Consistency issues do exist - Need to do detailed modding in when I have more time in the future(Weekends). This is provided for a foresight that I've looked at this mapset and have checked each on a quick manner.
Offset is wrong, adjust from 1452 to 1482. Make sure you put your gameplay offset on 0 before you adjust your offset on your mapset. Original may seem correct otherwise.
Make sure the tick sound is "exactly" on par with the song, not "slightly off" like the current one - it may seem like not too much of a difference but it does make a difference.
Issues:
Worthless's Basic - Difficulty spikes, Less accurate representation of the song
SZH's Advanced - Consistency
Expert - Less accurate representation of the song, Consistency
Master - SV issues(Readability, Randomness), Potential consistency issues
You need to try to focus on being more accurate and more comfortable to play than trying to make the map focus on visuals(LN placements and such). I couldn't fully understand why some notes were LNs when there's not that big of a difference sometimes, SV on the Master difficulty was quite hard to read, sometimes felt random in positioning and doesn't feel suitable for ranked currently.
Difficulty spikes on the last part of the song on all higher difficulties were an issue - I'll make sure to mod it to loosen it down a bit.
On the side of SV, I don't know how to mod however I can still check for rankability. Maybe you can ask others for a mod, but I don't think this is currently suitable for ranked status.
However, this mapset was quite clean to play and the patterning was less confusing to read on the other difficulties - I'm pretty sure the Master difficulty is as well, but the SV made it too hard to read compared to the difficulty it suggests. This was a pro, from all the other cons I've found.
Will give a detailed mod on each difficulty when given the time to do so(weekends), this is provided for a foresight that I've looked at this mapset and have checked each on a quick manner.
I don't think this mapset is ready for ranked due to the following reasons:
Incorrect representation of the song: Missing notes on where should be a double, while doubles on parts that doesn't really feel like there should be, Notes where there are no notable sounds are, Trills where the sound isn't a trill, etc.
These can be hard to adjust - however if you use the 25%-100% speed tool on the mapping tool and try to remember what type of sound you were following on the section, it would help recognize the sounds.
Make sure to acknowledge that mostly the sounds go on a 1/4, 1/3 base as well - I don't recognize a lot of sounds that miss this range on this song in particular, so the trills won't be necessary.
Difficulty spikes where unnecessary compared to the difficulty - The difficulty is around the range of Insane. As maps on "ranked standards" does have to follow the star rating around a certain range, I believe this is an issue. Sections where sudden jacks happen or sudden technical LN patterns could be one of the reasons.
To identify these, I suggest you go through your map on the editor to find details where such density rises for no reason and see why it rises by playtesting it yourself/finding others to playtest it as well + thinking about the locations of the notes to be more spread out even though it's 4K, so it'd be less dense on one lane and more on the whole playfield. This connects to the next subject.
Uncomfortable placement of notes(Playability): Lacks playability where it shouldn't, where it doesn't feel natural. Try to play your own map multiple times to figure out what section is wrong on editor - I suggest you go for the most dense ones.
So yes, a mod denial from me for now. You should try to fix your map according to the given issues + tips on how to fix these.
I think if you can try to fix your own map first and submit it again to the queue when you feel the issues were fixed + addressed, it'll be of good help, Although if you need help on clearing issues I'll be open on in-game DMs to reply and get notified that you want a mod on your map, no gurantee that I'd be able to give you one as there are many on queue that is waiting but you'll be able to get it in some time.
Thanks for the submission!
Going through the queue right now. I'll lay out the basic issues that I've found with the difficulties, going to provide a detailed mod on each maps as much as possible on the weekends when I'm free.
Normal - Some questionable patterning
Dark Galactic Skies - Playability issue
In total(for all difficulties): Consistency issue, Lacks accurate representation of the song
I suggest you to represent a sound correctly, by using the speed scale on the mapping tool(25%~100%) to listen to the sounds more accurately. You've missed sounds that are there and put notes on where the sounds you were following weren't there.
Also try to make sure that the sound you're following is consistent. This follows on the consistency issue. Make sure if you're following a drum + melody, keep it that way and give the transition on where the flow of the song changes.
Tips for note placement as well, If you're following a certain rhythm on a repetitive song like this such as (0-1-1-2-0-1-1-1) or (1-1-1-1-2-1-1-1), etc. You are advised to keep doing so unless a sound changes diversely. You'll notice that the note counts on the patterning doesn't change too diverse.
I will provide extra modding when I have enough time. Currently the queue is quite stacked, so I'm going through the whole queue vaguely to give out basic details on what I'll be checking.
Thanks for the submission!
