I would talk to some BATs ^^ This Map actually feels like it is worth playing it from the "lenght" aspect

[Hard]
  1. 00:08:908 (1,2,3) - why such a low spacing there o.o? It is just a Hard blah. It is your hardest diff so please make a huger spacing there .3 I don't want super hard jumps but well ... you know ... more love
  2. 00:12:495 (9) - feels out of place. I would stack it with (8)
  3. 00:14:452 (2,3,4) - spacing could be higher for a better flow
  4. 00:19:832 (4,5) - try X: 92 Y: 300
  5. 00:27:169 (9) - Ending is uhhh... dafuq. Song just stops there which sounds weird with a slider (Other diffs are ok due to spinner. Can't say if this can be improved. just saying that it is weird.
  6. Is there really no longer version? I just talk about 1 or two seconds without a outfading

Accepted your Suggestion for Easy and Normal. I have to deny everything for Hard since the Spacing is fine and the current Placement for the named Hitobjects are okay now. Thanks, bomber.

Interesting song you have there...anyways you wanted an offset check so here it is.
My timing on such songs is sometimes inaccurate, but lets give it a try.I'll list the offsets here.
