[Archived] My fps lowered so much after upgrading to Windows 10

osu! version: Stable Fallback 20160403.6 (latest)

I upgraded to Windows 10 today.Everything was fine but when I started osu!,I noticed that my fps was super low.I did everything I can to fix it but nothing helped.I was using Windows 7 before upgrading and I didn't have a problem like that at all.Any solutions?
