Recently i got a no mod play which remove a half-time play from my "Best Performance", does this mean the game only count stats from my newest play or it saved both. And is there a way to view each played beatmap best record by mods without osu!support (i only need to see mine .-.)

The game servers save both records. You should be able to see them without being a supporter using the osu!api

You can see leaderboards by mods with osuplus https://osu.ppy.sh/community/forums/topics/408541
