Your video was taken down due to copyright (in the US at least), so some people may not be able to watch it.

Do you happen to have a slideshow desktop background? If so, try disabling that.

The second solution in this thread may also help, give that one a try.

If you are still lagging, it might be worthwhile to clean reinstalling and update your graphics drivers. Depending on the type of lag you are experiencing, audio drivers can also be the cause, updating those may help too.

Hello there,
it's a difficult problem to solve, it could come from numerous reasons actually, but well let's figure it out together.

i'm actually wondering if your beatmaps are actually stored with the game folder within your SSD? is the SSD almost empty of freespace? did you tried to disabled your Anti-Virus/Malware Software? hope some question may help to find the source of this issue :)

Hello there

1) enable compatibility mode, and reduce dropped frames in the osu graphics settings.

2) make sure your computer isnt overheating.
this can be caused by you having your computer turned on for a long time, or running at a high amount of fps that your grapich card cant support.
try to check your computer temperature when u get lag spikes, and look if theres something wrong, you might have to upgrade the fans.

3) be sure to have enough storage space arround 10gb+ on the drive u installed osu on.

read more about causes of lag here. t/42149
