so Ive been playing osu for some time now I don't play crazy amounts maybe 2-3 hours a day but today I decided I was going to try through the fire and flames on NF and just see how things went and it only made me realize how shitty my stamina is so I was wondering if you guys have any good maps for stamina training?

I have really low stamina too, and i've found that playing maps just on the edge of my stamina range to be pretty helpful, and really fun.

For me, the two maps I specifically play for stamina right now are

Tower of Heaven [Extra]
https://osu.ppy.sh/s/128931

and

Blue Zenith [RLC's Insane]
https://osu.ppy.sh/s/292301

I can't play either of these maps back to back while maintaining the same level of performance (I haven't tried with Blue Zenith but pretty sure I can't), which tells me that they're right on the edge. My fingers also tend to lock up near the end of Tower of Heaven.

Hope these help

Play more. You both play around 1000-1500 plays at month. Take less breaks during sessions. Use more finger movement and energy to play songs under your level, so you make your muscles keep improving even playing normal songs. Use less finger movement at hardest songs to don't run out of stamina and keep playing for long.
To increase the stamina you can also increase your speed.
Any map what don't have tons of breaks it's good.
Through the fire and flames require consistence reading, not even stamina I don't think it's a good map to work stamina.
Working on stamina, when you are close to your limit don't change hand position or stop, pause, retry, stop aim/tap.
If you can't handle a map playing at 100% play easier ones and retry later.
Stream practice maps are amazing good to work on stamina. Maps with high bpm burst good to get faster.

This maps are good to get consistence or/and stamina.

If you always play until your fingers are exhausted your stamina will naturally improve.

Just set yourself a goal on a map that is somewhat stamina intensive for you. Play it a few times a day (and finish the map) until you FC and are happy with your accuracy.

Your play time seems really low for "2-3 hours a day" lol. Anyways just play maps that you find really fast for stamina. That way you won't be able to breeze through them. I don't think spamming stream heavy maps are that great if your stamina is not already top-notch, because you just get tired way too fast. I find fast BPM jumps to be better for me personally. It all depends.
