Simple enough :
A motd (message of the day) on every channel with the link of the localized rules, sub forum, and stuff like that. Also adding a short explanation of special channels like #modhelp #modreqs etc...

Other ideas are welcome of course.

You can type "!FAQ modreq" or "!FAQ modhelp" in the chat for that

Yup, who read the rules before playing the first time, or even chatting the first time ? Not saying it'll make everyone read the rules before chatting, but maybe some will.

they removed that??? D:

aside from that, I think that it would be good for #lobby also. it automatically connects when you go into multiplayer and many people, everyday, think that #lobby is their #multiplayer. I think a good sidenote would be great.
