Why there are 2 points woth same BPM, I think just delete one and you're good
The BPM is wrong, it's 135 BPM.
Something is buggy while I'm making a new diff

It's still okay if you don't change the BPM, I think it's more accurate :P

There was two point timing with same bpm because to reset the metronome, so the downbeat after can make sense
And yes, the bpm should be on 134 imo, but it's up to the creator itself want to change that or not :p

[General]
  1. Disable letterboxes in all diffs, if possible. (Song Setup - Storyboarding)
  2. Try to use something less bright instead of the toxic-yellow combo colour. IT does not match with the song and feels really forced. :c
  3. Find someone to check your metadata, pretty sure Artist is 清水準一
    Note: Romanised ARtist should be cjhecked as well, perhaps it's Jyunichi Shimizu
[Mako Sakata's Easy]
  1. Do you really need those two breaks? THe song is not really long and no any other diff has those breaks. Consider mapping them, please.
  2. 00:21:003 (2,1) - it's better if you avoid stacks in Easy diffs. See info here.
  3. 00:53:242 (2,3) - this pattern looks really nice, but it might be quite tricky for beginners. Can you try something less confusing here? Example
  4. 00:59:511 (1,1) - sorry, the slider appears too soon after spinner. It's an Easy diff, so, according to the rules there should be something like 1500ms of recovery time after spinner.
    Note: 02:07:570 (1,1) - same
  5. 01:35:332 (1,1) - can't say that I agree with those double-spinners. It feels rather forced at this part and it can be tricky for low-skilled players. Try to map at least one of them with hitobjects?

    Might need some more opinions/mods, but it's generally fine.
[Normal]
  1. try to reduce OD. 4 will be more than enough for such a relaxing song.
  2. 00:01:750 (2,1) - please, try not to place reverse-arrows like that. Players will expect the slider to have two repeats, and since its a short one it will kinda trouble them. If you want something linear and not so tricky, try this
    Note: 00:08:914 (2,1) - 00:16:078 (3,1) - and so on - same.
  3. 00:19:436 (3,1) - spacing is obviously broken here. I don't recommend you to use any kind of jumps in Normals. Besides, this pattern does not really match with the music.
  4. 00:27:272 (1,1) - try to leave more space between them, so players will clearly see that these are double spinners.
    Note: thoughI'd prefer to see one of the spinners removed and mapped with clickable objects :c
  5. 00:50:556 (1,2,3,4,1) - spacing change here is misleading and gives a wrong idea of your rhythm to the players. Try to keep it consistent here, if possible.
  6. 01:04:884 (1,1) - can you give more time to recover after this spinner? To be completely safe, I'd try this.
    Note: 01:40:705 (1,1) - same.
  7. 01:14:735 - 01:16:526 - why do you ignore beats here? Let's try to place circls here, so rhythm feels more natural.
  8. 01:26:824 (3) - probably you don't need this circle. The beat here is like really weak and mapping it in a Normal is not necessary.
    Note: 01:59:063 (3) - same.

    Pretty simple diff. you can work on readability/patterns and it'll be fine.
[Hard]
  1. 00:16:526 (3,1) - there is nothing wrong with the jump, but if you could reduce this one to make it more playable, that'd be awesome.
    Note: same happens in a few more patterns like 00:43:839 (1,2) - and 00:59:063 (3,1) - . Keep an eye on the numbers in the upper-rightcorner, when DS values go above x3.0 pprobably the jump is exaggerated. This song is calm, so fast\extreme jumps won't really fit here, I think. :c
  2. 01:21:003 (1,2,3) - one more sudden spacing change, this time it gets lower and I can't see any reason why.

    Just the spacing in some parts.
The claps during kiais were really out of place, in my opinion. Try to look for a custom set of hitsounds or use whistles. the rest might need some more mods, but if it's your 1st time - you're doing great!

Keep an eye on the numbers in the upper-rightcorner, when DS values go above x3.0 pprobably the jump is exaggerated. This song is calm, so fast\extreme jumps won't really fit here, I think. :c remake some parts
  2. 01:21:003 (1,2,3) - one more sudden spacing change, this time it gets lower and I can't see any reason why. someone suggested me to change that, but oh well...

The claps during kiais were really out of place, in my opinion. Try to look for a custom set of hitsounds or use whistles. the rest might need some more mods, but if it's your 1st time - you're doing great! switched to whistles

  1. Artist himself uses 2 ways of romanization. None of them is Jun'ichi Shimizu but he is using Junichi Shimizu or Shimizu Junichi. (Yeah, you cannot always refer to previous maps) However, only source which actually is published by him and not any other person is his soundcloud, where he lists himself as Shimizu Junichi. Since he is sometimes listed as Junichi Shimizu, these two are in a conflict. If we consider only soundcloud site was made by him, it most probably says his prefered romanisation. That means, there is no official word about what is his only right romanisation, thus we should use 'surname firstname' form, which should be in this case used, because it firstly is ranking critera and secondly, artist uses both, so criteria must override it, so I am pretty sure it has to be Shimizu Junichi
  2. Change tag 'key sound' to 'key sounds label', because key's music is listed like Key Sounds Label, not Key Sound.
  3. You might want to add eroge to tags as most eroge has hentai or eroge in tags.
  4. Move Kud Wafter to tags and use クドわふたー as a Source.
  5. Combo colors might be more natural. I mean, your background is a picture from some grassland or forest, but you use this kind of blue color and that yellow color which are kind of mechanical, or these are not seen in nature really often. You might try these if you can agree.

Mako Sakata's Easy


  1. 01:06:675 - I don't really think it is good to not map quite significant part of a song, especially when the map is so short so it doesn't really need a pause.
  2. There is kind of critical problem. Your slider velocity is almost 2x velocity of Normal and it is also higher than Hard diff. That's quite inappropriate, you should use like 0.8 - 1.2SV on this, but it uses 2.6 and that's not even decreased by velocity multiplier.
  3. Normally I would suggest to decrease AR, because 3 for such a calm song is quite high, but the SV again ruins this..
  4. 01:30:854 (3,4,1) - I'd get a rid of these patterns, because it is easy and it requires a player to react quite instantly all of sudden. It isn't appropriate for newbies, definitely.
  5. 01:54:809 (2) - The rhythm is quite complicated. There's nothing that significant to be followed in a song, while it could be a nice rhythm if you put it on 01:54:586 - instead.
  6. Your difficulty is only one which uses manual audio lead-in. It is not worth using because it already is automatic and in my opinion it gives you enough time. I suppose it wouldn't be removed from settings if it was supposed to be used, since then I feel it is pretty nice.

Normal


  1. To make a more consistent gap between difficulties, I suggest to use circle size 3.5.
  2. 00:11:600 (1) - You should maybe avoid 2-repeat sliders as they are not really good for easier diffs, as you might overlook one of the repeats and it is an instant miss and second reason is, it just seems lazy and gives no varitety to the map.
  3. 01:17:421 (2) - Same as above.

  5. 01:20:556 (3,1,2) - You should change a way of how this pattern is mapped, because when it is overlapped and there are too many sliders of this type, it is easy to get lost in it for newbies.

  1. 00:19:436 (2,3,4,5) - This shape could be a bit more consistent and symmetrical. I can gave a little advice. If you don't really know how to make a smooth patterns. This is 1.4x distance snap, then take a slider and make a really nice shape with just one point, then select the slider, press CTRL+Shift+F, use 1,4x distance snap and yay! You don't really have to care about the shape now. This is nothing to be ashamed of, if you cannot do something nice, then do it other way. Result is just as symmetrical as possible.

Conclusion: Unrankable (yet)

You maybe ask, why did I come here. I like Kud Wafter, so I was just, why not download that. I wouldn't normally mod it, but just saw some effort on Hard diff, so I am here to give you few suggestions.

You might put more effort to hitsounds, they are fine apart from those loud finishes, but they might use variable volume. When these are all the same volume, it does not emphasize the piano the way it is supposed to.
Regarding the spread, you should make it consistent, not like Easy has higher SV than all other diffs and so on. About the patterns, some were fine, but the maps miss some shape. Easy patterns were okay, but unfortunatelly the setting was wrong. Normal should be different, not really so straight. Hard already had nicer shape, but still many things could be better. You should use some blanketing and improve the flow, try to make something look like a puzzle, everything should fit to everything. I suppose you can once rank a beatmap if you will be active, I hope you can improve. If you have any questions regarding mapping, feel free to ask me anything. This is not really a mod, but I just wanted to offer you a help, while pointing out some basic things.

My Love diff is seriously great regarding the quality and simple patterns, try to inspire by something like this and when you get known to these basic patterns, you might start to experiment and make more complexed patterns.

i don't need more notes for that. i just need to follow according to the rhythm. about the 2nd one that you're talking about, that's for chorus. there are few parts of them that are not from chorus

That is the problem, players CAN'T ENJOY the map :p you don't have to male a huge effort for making curve sliders
