Looks like you only need two sections:

BPM: 170 (or you can use 85 for slower sliders and countdown) Offset: 900
BPM: 170 Offset: 17,821

170 all the way is about the timing i used before...
but i find i can't follow the singer exactly, is there any better idea to solve this?

This should follow the vocals just fine. The only difference is that the first part of the song is about 30ms later than the 2nd part. Also, some of the vocals fall on the blue ticks as well. I was able to SS the map on hidden after I moved everything to the correct places on the timeline.

I don't know why you don't like this timing. The vocals sound perfect to me except for 00:04:958 (5), but everyone is just going to click it at 170 bpm anyway so it doesn't really matter.

What you have right now sounds way off.

not only that one.
00:04:782 (4,5,6) if u move them 1/8 earlier (in fact not that much) u'll find it sounds better
00:06:194 (7,8,1) these three are not even 1/8 earlier, they need to be moved 1/16 or some...i don't think everything can be solved with only 1/4 beats. (this song)
00:08:664 (3) this note has a independent timing
00:09:723 (1---) BPM 170 here is fine. though maybe not the best.
00:12:899 (2,3,4,1,2,3,1) i don't think there's a good reason to say it follows the vocal fine.

^why i don't like a 170 all time.
