Insane - Some of the circle/slider swap/replace suggestions applied. The jumps and the first "missing" circle for example are completely fine (keep in mind, this is BPM 92, and even I can pass the jumps).

Hard - AR changed. The first "very hard part" made a little easier. That third last one, for example, applied, good suggestion. Some placement suggestions applied.

General - I will add Kiai time soon.

Most of the rhythm fixes done for Hard and Insane, some in my own way, some in your suggestions.
Design suggestions were appreciated, too, but I don't think I changed any of them, sorry!

Hmm.... there should be a new combo here 00:35:642 (7) - in my opinion.
This part is a bit confusing 00:39:229 (1) - i almost got sliderbreak on it. It maybe be better if you CTRL + H,
and the place it where it was before.
