Hm...I'll point the main problems in this diff to aware you of making big mistakes:

00:05:073 (5073|5,5502|4) - move these notes to 6th and 5th columns accordingly, you don't have two identical sound for them to perform double noting, pay more attention for such notes and try to avoid such note placement

00:12:573 (12573|4,13002|4) - same situation, but here I recommend you to move both notes to 6th column, try to experimentate with your streams, this one plays more balanced and more suitable according to the song

00:37:538 (37538|1) - move this note to 3rd or 4th column to accent double beat correctly here, pay attention for such sounds in this song and try to accent them correctly

01:14:180 - accenting strong beat only with one note? please, always accent it at least with two note chords, add note here to 1st column and continue adding for the same places in this song

01:16:430 (76430|5) - you don't have suitable sound for this note, so you need to remove it, don't overmap your chart, remove notes which don't fits the song

Follow these rules and re-arrange your patterns which includes such issues and it'll be awesome \o/

2. Countdown conflicts - just off the countdown.
