Missing skin elements in skin select [confirmed] [resolved]

1. Go to song select
2. Randomize by hitting the button or F2
2. Go back to skin select

or
1. Restart osu!
2. Go to skin select

Fix it by simply changing skin, clicking on random, or going in and out again.
But sometimes the slidertrack won't be back.

This is something I've only experienced since the recent update.

Skin select has always been broken for me and I don't need steps to do it nor does it ever fix itself XD. I disregarded it since I believe peppy was made aware of it a while ago...

Skin preview very slowly decayed into bugginess on the test build over the last couple of years, and after osu!shine and mania happened those bugs were introduced into the public build. peppy fixed the most major ones, but most of them still remain. t/101032

The totally invisible skin elements most of the time is new though, so I won't mark this as a duplicate just yet. Might be better to merge this thread with the other one, though.

Skin select is like a box of chocolates, It mixes skins, does random invisible elements, and sometimes it's a COMPLETELY invisible skin. Ohh and for fun I throw in the fact that the HP bar will run at 60fps in skin select but not ingame where it's like 5

Explain the issue you are having:
When I view skin preview there is a black screen and the only thing visible are the hitbursts. I tested on both the public and test build.

Include any relevant video or screenshots, and hardware information for hard crashes or lag issues:
