[Archived] error while installing in the new computer

well, i just bought a new computer but everytime i'm going to install osu it always said "An error occured! Please check your internet connection". But i checked my internet connection and it's good, i mean i can play WO* without lagging...
*sorry for my bad english

Please provide the "update.log" file from inside your osu!\Logs folder.

That is what I was looking for.

Make sure nothing is being blocked in your firewall or by any antivirus software you may have on your computer. Try making an exception for osu! if you can. If you are using a proxy or VPN, disable it.

i already tried everythig like
domain profile,private profile,public profile : windows defender firewall off

LAN SETTING
Automatically detect settings: switching both [on/off]

Allow VPN over metered networks: Off

Allow VPN while roaming : Off

Add-ing osu!install.exe to "allow apps to communicate through windows defender firewall"

but, some new problem i think...
