Problem Details:
I logged on to play osu! this morning, and my game was stuck at 30fps instead of the usual 240. I tried restarting the game, disabling remove dropped frames, switching the fps limit, downgrading to cutting edge, and even restarting my computer. None of these worked. The game is pretty much unplayable at 30fps, ctb controls are bugged and don't work.
