Problem Details:
Hello everyone can someone tell me how to do a GD ?

Well, firstly all you have to do is get permissions from the mapper (Normally someone you know or someone working on a map looking for GD. Ranked maps cannot have new GD's made for them.)
Then just open their map in the editor, and create a new difficulty. Once you're done. Upload your difficulties .osu file to a sharing site, and give them the file. They then should be able to import it into their map and upload it.

or just open the notepad file, copy all, and paste that to the Beatmap forums. Although I wouldn't recommend that as it can get a little bit messy.
