~Mk's Easy~
  1. 00:51:044 - It's pretty weird to have an object here while the stronger beat in the song exists at 00:50:856. You may want to consider a rhythm rework.
  2. 00:51:794 - Since the volume already increased to 70% here, the shift towards the kiai section wasn't powerful compared to the song.
~Normal~
  1. 00:23:856 (4) - I'm not pretty sure what this rhythm is for. If this is following the melody, leaving 00:24:231 empty while expressing 00:23:856 felt weird. Just using a note at 00:24:044 will feel more natural imo.
  2. 00:37:544 (1,2) - Why is the spacing so large?
  3. 00:39:606 - I understand the usage of the default soft-whistle, but 60% felt too high in volume.
  4. 00:43:544 - Music kinda changes here. Mind setting the volume higher?
  5. 01:02:481 (3,4,1,2,3,4) - There were too much 1/2 here imo. With that in mind, changing 01:03:794 (3,4) to a 1/2 reverse slider would settle the rhythm better.
~Hard~
  1. 00:03:044 (1) - Unnecesary new combo.
  2. 00:15:606 (2,3) - These could be a better parallel.
  3. 00:50:856 (1,2) - Starting the new combo from (2) will fit the song better.
~Kisses' Insane~
  1. 00:13:169 (5,6) - Inconsistent spacing. Was this intended? Then it wasn't effective.
  2. 00:20:481 - I can understand you wanted to follow the vocals, but completely ignoring this beat didn't reflected the difference of 00:20:294 (1,2) each.
  3. 00:35:481 - Maybe you wanted to focus the melody, but ignoring this strong drum beat wasn't natural. Leaving both here and 00:35:106 didn't reflected those difference properly.
  4. 01:11:856 (5,1) - The design is really awkward here. Visual isn't indicating the rhythm of (5,1,2) properly, and the flow isn't even natural.
Not bad, but Insane seems to need much more work to get this considered being ranked. It currently lacks technique skill too much in my view.

Hello~ m4m

[Mk's Easy]

You can the other difficulty same clap sound.

00:22:919 (2) - Better tilt stand the slider. It's better blanket with number 1 circle. and number 3 slider blanket with 2 slider.
00:48:044 (3) - How about a think straight line rather than placed symmetrically arranged?
00:53:294 (2) - The 2 circle seems to be better than the slider. It'll be better able to emphasize the highlights.
00:55:544 (1) - I think better normal slider than slider returns. and i think one slider two-circle, you'd better go with a matching the beat. It'll be better able to emphasize the highlights.00:58:544 (1) - ^
01:01:544 (1) - I think it would be better than that this time the beat.If you listen to the vocal so 'Ho Shi jo' (?) Well fast.
[Normal]
00:03:981 (2,3) - Rather than the two circles side by side,How do you think of makin overlap?
00:16:544 (1) - Change the slider return to the normal slide, how do you think put a circle?
00:29:856 (3) - Blanket with no.2 slider?
01:14:106 (2) - Blanket is not perfect with no.1 slider.
01:19:544 (1) - What do you think of that thing symmetry with no.4 slider? It looks like a prettier.
[Hard]
00:04:169 (3,4,5) - It seems to return the slider is better than 3 Stream.
00:14:669 (4) - ctrl+G..?
01:12:044 (1,2,3) - What do you think of this arrangement?no.3 slider is overlap with ago no.5 circle.
01:17:669 (4) - Please make no.3 slider and perfect symmetry.
[Kisses' Insane]
00:15:606 (2) - What do you think of seeing a little more up top,3 sliders and change the beat order?
00:31:356 (6) - What do you think of making no.4 circle the overlap?
00:53:106 (3) - ctrl+G?
00:59:106 (3) - ^
01:11:856 (5) - Delete no.1 circles <this 01:12:231 (1) what do you think the beat of the slider that increases it there?
[Doormat's Symphony]

General
  1. I though the video of this was NSFW xD
  2. Blue combo color is nowhere in the BG to be seen, how about a light violet one?

Mk's Easy
  1. 00:07:544 (1) - Add whistle?
  2. 00:09:044 (2) - Make this a slider? to support the bass guitar and drums
  3. 00:39:044 (2) - Ctrl+J?
  4. 00:46:544 - Why skipping the cymbals here? these are strong "3
  5. 00:49:544 (1) - I think 3/2 reverse suits more here
  6. 01:12:044 (2) - Add whistle?
  7. 01:21:044 (2) - ^
  8. I really idolized your easy diffs ^_^ big fan <3

Normal
  1. 00:01:356 (3) - How about replacing this with 3/2 and a circle cuz 00:01:919 - piano sound here is really dominant
  2. 00:03:044 (1) - Put clap at the slider end?
  3. 00:03:981 (2) - Whistle to support the guitar?
  4. 00:04:544 (1,2,3,4) - I was expecting a 1/2 beats here imo to follow the trumpet. Seems kinda lame if you just wanna follow the drum here, the trumpets are really happy :)
  5. 00:19:544 (1) - Clap?
  6. 00:21:981 - I'm so sad you ignore the drum hits here :(
  7. 00:24:231 - Add a note here?
  8. 00:28:356 (6) - You can remove these circle since there is no distinct sound here neither vocals or instrumental
  9. 00:32:294 (2) - I would be happy if you make this 1/2 slider xD
  10. 00:33:794 (5) - Make it a 1/2 reverse please don't ignore drums xD
  11. 00:35:856 (3) - Place it at 281|14 for better transition?
  12. 00:36:231 - I'm really sad atm :( this is soooooo importantttttttttt
  13. 00:38:669 (2) - Use the custom sampleset 2 and add clap?
  14. 00:45:044 (4,5) - Drumerinos please xD
  15. 00:53:106 (2) - Make this clickable? like you did at 00:54:044 (3,4,5) -
  16. 00:56:106 (2) - ^
  17. 00:59:106 (2) - Yeeah same there is a drumerinos and vocalinos here so I don't agree that they are only at the slider tick xD
  18. 01:01:544 (1,2,3) - Try this rhythm? http://puu.sh/pUoae/6b80fcbe99.jpg
  19. 01:13:544 (1,2) - fix blanket?
  20. 01:21:231 (5) - Make this 1/2?

Hard
  1. 00:02:856 (1) - Remove NC
  2. 00:04:262 (4) - Add drum clap and 00:04:356 (5) - Add drum finish
  3. 00:05:669 (4) - Ctrl+H?
  4. 00:07:544 (1) - Whistle?
  5. 00:09:044 (1) - ^
  6. 00:21:794 (2) - Split into 1/2 and a circle from drum
I just need mod on my low diffs so yeah just modded easy diffs to be fair xDDD can I GD ;-; xD jk you're ready to go afff

  • There is no video on Hard and Kisses' Insane (or AIBat is trolling me, since a refresh fixed them lol. Just check to be sure)

I would also like to point out that your current combo colors are a bit too strong imo for the BG (and the palette may be a little improved too)
    Combo Colors suggestion

    [Colours]
    Combo1 : 146,146,201
    Combo2 : 255,128,192
    Combo3 : 234,138,106
    Combo4 : 238,204,87
(notice how Janpai literally read my mind LOL)
    PS: the video is fine

Doormat's Insane

  • 00:00:606 (2) - once I saw this I had an enlightenment *^* what about a Ctrl + g? First, it creates a nice drop on the next slider, second it resembles better the next pattern which is really similar to this one

00:04:544 (1) - you're gonna hate me, but the movement on this one feels forced. What about a thing like this? (it isn't in the screen, but it's also blanketing 00:05:482 (4) - )

00:07:356 (5,1) - maybe it's just me, but I feel like these 2 notes are the same, therefore I would stack 5 on top of 1 (maybe also move 1 a bit to the bottom if you do that) (maybe curve a little 1's shape to make it more cute)

    00:19:356 (5) - whistle? .-. I would have used it on 00:18:981 (4) - 's tail but idk...

00:23:481 (4) - something that won't change a thing probably, but I feel that if you stack this under 2 you get more emphasis on the trump at 00:23:669 (5) -

00:25:169 (6) - feels a bit too plain xd Suggestion

00:34:544 (1,2,3) - triggered by the spacing inconsistency

00:35:294 (4,7) - I would have followed the trumpet once again, since it's the one taking the stage more than other instruments

00:36:981 (5,6) - 1/1 slider feels better, also for the fact you place a finish hitsound on 00:36:981 -

00:37:919 (3) - by removing this beat you give more attention to the bass beats, which are the ones taking the stage this time. A 1/1 slider like this is what I meant.

00:54:419 (3) - circles ;w; Vocals are pretty strong here and using always the basic rhythm feels boring

00:56:856 (1) - I guess you relly like this movement, huh... my bad

    01:01:731 (2,3) - ctrl + g?

01:06:981 (1) - why NC here? It's the first time you break down the combo like this

    01:11:856 (6,1) - long note starts from 6 tho ;w;
Overall the flow and the rhythm are good, it's just that I find it a bit unpolished. The way this diff is presented is a bit random at times, like 00:25:169 (6) - (before my suggestion), 00:34:544 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - or 00:44:856 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - and so on. They flow well, but they have nothing "special" that makes me say "wow, cool stuff here". This doesn't mean creativity all the way is a good thing either: sometimes plain patterns used appropriately can be as entertaining as any other complex pattern imo, above all on calm songs like this one blame my structured mapping, sowwy

I probably have an idea of what he meant. Let me try to patch that up x)

  • 00:00:044 (1,2) - this movement is particularly stiff, since you literally have to stay still on the first one. Imo you should make it that there is a drop of some sort on the next slider instead. Something like this may work but there are also other options

    00:11:856 (1,2) - once I see this it's hard to think of it as a 1/2 snap, because you used even greater spacing for 1/4 snaps before: 00:10:731 (2,3) - 00:02:106 (6,7) -

00:15:606 (2) - this is probably one of those iffy parts were there is good flow but not so good aesthetics. For example you could have used the same shape for both since it's literally the same vocal, like this, even if there's no blanket it still looks fine for the shape association here, but anything could go there as long as there is a structure

00:17:106 (2) - wasting the white tick like that is a bit sad and also strange. Something like this maybe? It's just to avoid that random overlapped slider there in the end so anything can go well probably

00:25:169 (6,1) - I'm still trying to understand what kind of spacing is 1/4 tbh .-.

00:33:044 (1,2) - why not stack properly here? Or was it a mean to try to confuse players and make them think it's a 1/4 snap again?

    00:36:231 (2,3,4) - nice

00:40:731 (2,3) - I guess you really love this kind of movement (where the first slider is just a stand still) but in gameplay is like a dead point since the player has nothing to do. Nothing "exciting" to do. Also, due to slider leniency it becomes a really cramped space here

    00:43:544 (1) - what about x336 y76? The zig-zag movement doesn't create a nice emphasis on it tbh

    00:47:481 (4) - x346 y133? Kinda same reasoning of above ^

    00:48:044 (1,2,3) - Big spacing and then 00:48:794 (3,4) - boom, low spacing. Why ;w;

00:49:731 (2,3) - still hard to read 1/4 snaps lol. For this part you could have used some slider shapes you didn't use anywhere else. For example 3 3/4 straight sliders with relative 1/4 jumps like this or any other distinguishable pattern that lets the player know "this is a 1/4 jump which happens only on THIS kind of rhythm" works

00:53:106 (3,6) - maybe stack their heads just for aesthetics :')

00:54:981 (3,4) - again the zig-zag movement, zzz. If you hear, 00:54:794 - and 00:54:981 - have the same sound (on drums) so what I thought of was something like this once I heard this part

00:56:106 (2,3) - maybe use the same shape to make it look cleaner, but I would have used circles instead of 3 tbh

00:59:669 (5) - maybe stack on 6? The fact you don't have much spacing doesn't let you do a proper jump on 00:59:856 (6) - to begin with, so a stack is usually what fixes spacing inconsistencies, since it's like a sort of "reset button" for the spacing

01:00:606 (2) - you mapped differently this when it was at 00:54:606 (2,3) - . I know it may become boring if you use too much the same pattern, but there are some parts in the song that have that "something" special that makes you think "oh, I know this part, it should be played like this". This pattern is one of them, due to the triple drum beat which plays only in few parts of the song

01:03:231 (2) - circles work way better, trust me. Check this for reference of what I meant

01:03:794 (5,6,1) - this is not really a suggestion, but just a way to point out what worried Sonnyc (probably). The fact you use so many different shapes and directions in a close interval of time makes the map look a bit random: music is all about constant rules being applied and imo maps should resemble that. Finding and expressing the basic structure of music in mapping it's the mapper's job here, that's why Sonnyc probably told you that, but this is just my theory.

01:05:669 (5) - x151 y39 ? Again, the pattern looks a bit too cramped there, so let's try to spread it a little more

01:06:606 (2,4) - ugh /w\ I know that using the same shape is not really cool all the times and may make you a sort of 2010 mapper, but using so different shapes it just tells me the mapper didn't think too much before using those objects at all

01:07:544 (1) - the spacing from this to 2 is a bit cramped again and imo circles would better emphasize vocals. Since the vocals are doing a sort of build up I came up with this for example

01:11:856 (5,1) - 1/4 snap /w\ If you convert 01:12:231 (1,2) - into a slider and change the next slider into a repeat slider like this you should be able to create a nice drop on the next long slider (PS: stack 01:11:856 (5,3) - them properly :p)

    01:13:544 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - this. is. cool.

    01:18:419 (2) - ctrl + g?

    01:25:544 (1,2,3,4,5,6,1) - also nice

________________

Hard

  • 00:23:106 (2,3,1) - the flow here is a bit cramped I guess. Try rotating 3 like this. It keeps a nice circular flow from the previous slider, while creates a good drop on the next one imo

00:26:856 (5,1) - this is something similar to the above one: the flow is kinda "jagged" (idk if this word exists). What about stacking 5 on top of 4?

00:35:294 (3) - this one is similar to the first one I pointed out. Here I guess something like this could work probably

00:44:856 (1,2,3,4) - uhhh... I find this a bit confusing tbh. 00:44:294 (3) - you first used the vocals on this one, while the yellow combo is totally on drums. What happens here is that the player will most likely try to follow vocals again, since that's what he hears the most.
I do have a suggestion here, but it changes the original pattern totally so idk if you'll like it: link

01:02:106 (2,3) - this movement is again a bit strange here. What about something like this, to make it less cramped?

01:04:544 (1) - uh, just minor stuff, but by curving this one like this you can better follow the jump from the previous object and also blanket the next slider

01:18:606 (2) - try using x284 y236 for this object. I find it cooler since it also gives a nice emphasis on 01:18:794 (3) -

01:26:481 (4) - I would do a ctrl + g on this and move it to x292 y116, like this to make the player understand you used the same slider but in a different way than before

________________

Normal

  • 00:28:356 (6,1) - maybe make this passage more smooth by doing something like this

01:03:794 (3,4) - what about a repeat slider instead? This rhythm looks kinda complex for this level

01:25:544 (1,2,3) - it looks like it is intended but it's really forced. Those slider shapes point to a direction, yet the circle is elsewhere

________________

Mk's Easy

  • 00:54:044 (3,4) - I would have made 3 a repeat slider tbh, since it should carry also the vocal besides the drum imo.
OR, you could always turn 00:54:794 (4) - into circles

    01:15:794 (4) - missing clap on tail?
    01:21:044 (2) - same

01:22:544 (1,2,3,4,5,1) - this last part feels a bit too random compared to the rest. part1 part2 (ok, it's still a bit random, but imo it's a bit cleaner, above all in the second part. I just tried to use the current placements to avoid major reworks)

I guess... I am done. Call me if you need further assistance :3

Hi~ My Mod

[Normal][Hard][Kisses' Insane]

  • 00:29:856 (1,2) - Blanket
00:32:294 (1) - Should be clickable, instead, make a long but simple slider, starting at 00:31:544 (1) - and ends in 00:32:106 - then add a note on the white tick
    00:58:169 (5,1) - Blanket

normal

00:00:981 (2) - id move this note to x=277 y=216, so the flow would look better

00:04:169 (3) - x=273 y=43, should look better

00:23:856 (4) - id make this slider 1/1, so it would actually follow the melody or u could map this note 00:24:231 -, but rn the rhytm seems to be a bit weird

00:30:044 (4) - ctrl+h

00:34:544 (1) - not the best flow for the normal, because it can be a bit confusing for the new players, try smth like https://pp.vk.me/c633124/v633124809/3c0 ... q2-I7w.jpg this

00:38:669 (2) - spacing error i guess

01:02:481 (3,4) - id suggest u not to stack more than 2 notes at 1 place

01:02:856 (1) - delete NC

01:13:544 (1,2) - u could blanket them better so it wont look that weird

herd

00:13:356 (5) - move it to x=466 y=13 because rn this straight vertical linear flow looks bad

00:23:294 (3) - id suggest u to ctrl+h it so the flow would look better

00:35:294 (3) - try this https://pp.vk.me/c633124/v633124809/3c0 ... 7TRTZM.jpg

01:21:044 (1) - try a wave instead https://pp.vk.me/c633124/v633124809/3c0 ... Hw7R-U.jpg

01:22:544 (1,4) - id use some circles instead cuz its the end of the map and the sounds are pretty strong

kissins

00:19:356 (4) - this looks a bit off because the whistle is too loud and there is no sound on 00:19:450 -

00:33:044 (1,2) - why this 1/1 is different from these ones 00:34:919 (3,4,5) - in the same part?

00:53:856 (6,1) - swap ncs cuz the new tact start from this slider and not from 00:54:419 (1) -. also here 01:05:856 (6,1) - 00:26:856 (5,1) - 00:59:856 (6,1) - 01:11:856 (5,1) -

00:57:231 (1,2) - why this 1/4 spacing is bigger than 00:57:419 (2,3) - this 1/2?

01:12:231 (5,1) - this spacing looks a bit weird because all the 1/4 spacings nearby are much and much lower, this one, for example, 01:13:544 (1) -

i like it

best of luck

no me gusto que tuviera tanto spacing :(

lo haces en hartas partes xd no me gusta mucho eso igual esta mucho mejor que el map de neko :p
[Kisses' Insane]
  1. 00:10:544 (1,2,3,4,5) - the 3/4 sliders dont fit here everything lands on the white ticks.
  2. 00:12:606 (2,3,4,5,6) - looks weird. do it like doormat and increase spacing gradually
  3. 00:20:294 (1,2) - its better if you stick to 1/2. maybe it kinda fits for vocals but there are sounds in the red ticks too
  4. 00:36:231 (2,3) - why
  5. 00:36:981 (5) - this is more understandable but i dont really like extended sliders. theres a lot more
  6. 00:42:606 (2,3) - things covered by sliderbodies looks uglyyy
  7. 00:52:544 (1) - sv goes nuts from here. its even higher than doormats also random change to 1x here01:04:169 (5) - luLz. 1.1x seems better
and yes i dont like extended sliders i suggest to not use them looks like you overused them also theyre dqable without a really god reason.

  6. 01:21:419 (5) - clap on head
  7. 01:22:169 (7) - same
  8. 01:26:669 (5) - i really prefer clap instead of these whistles. they arent even consistent so it feels really random and unfitting

[General]

  • Unused hitsounds:
  1. soft-hitclap2.wav
  2. soft-hitfinish2.wav
[Mk's Easy]
  1. 00:46:544 - It is better to map this strong downbeat out instead of following vocal
  2. 00:50:856 (1) - Try to map this out but not placing a spinner, It is weird to skip the chorus 00:52:544 at the beginning (ye I know recovery time is needed after spinners in Easy so that's why a spinner does not fit in here)
  3. 01:13:544 (1) - ^, but you can simply shorten spinner to 01:15:044 for this
[Normal]
  1. 00:21:981 - Add a note at here, this combo 00:19:544 (1,2,3,4) is having 1/1 snapping only
  2. 00:24:231 - Add a note here as well, it is better to keep a constant 1/1 interval between, as well as to follow the instrument
  3. 00:32:294 (2) - Same reason as 00:21:981, change this into a 1/2 slider will be fine
  4. 00:42:419 - Same as 00:24:231
  5. 00:46:544 (1,2) - Exchange their direction to curve, so that the flow will be smoother
  6. 00:51:044 (1) - Same as in Easy, map it out instead of using a spinner
  7. 01:21:231 (5) - Same as 00:32:294 (2)
[Hard]
  1. 00:00:044 (1,2,3,4) - Constant spacing please...
  2. 00:08:106 (2,3) - I don't think there is anything strong enough to place jump to emphasize
  3. 00:22:169 (3) - Missing clap
  4. 00:43:169 - Clap here I think?
[Doormat]
  1. 00:07:544 - 00:09:044 - Whistle?
  2. 01:16:543 (1) - Unsnapped
  3. 00:53:481 (4) - Clap in this red tick is weird...
  4. 01:21:419 - Clap

Mapset is fine, the only thing I am worried about is the distance snap you used in Normal, the spacing is generally too high when compare to other Normal in different mapsets (same BPM), it is suitable to overlap 1/2 objects in Normal, I would say 0.8-0.9x fits more

Good luck!

Hi.

Normal
00:05:294 could turn to the left to make it look better
00:16:169 note sounds like it shouldn't be here, try extending the slider to where the note was
01:04:169 to 01:04:544 interesting

Hard
00:06:044 could turn the slider down to make it look nicer

Doormat's Symphony
00:10:544(1,2,1,2) uneven jumps
00:19:356 can make it more to left to create blanket
00:29:106(2,3,4,5) more uneven jumps

i have this feeling that the ar is a little to high. Maybe put it to around 8.8 or 8.9 ?

Hope this mod helps !

  • 00:00:606 (2) - once I saw this I had an enlightenment *^* what about a Ctrl + g? First, it creates a nice drop on the next slider, second it resembles better the next pattern which is really similar to this one ctrl + g here would make movement from (2) to (3) too high without much reason for emphasis. i also prefer the antiflow created by the (2) since it highlights the accent in the guitar nicely imo

00:04:544 (1) - you're gonna hate me, but the movement on this one feels forced. What about a thing like this? (it isn't in the screen, but it's also blanketing 00:05:482 (4) - ) i prefer this movement to highlight the finish since (2,3,1) here is a wide angle.

00:07:356 (5,1) - maybe it's just me, but I feel like these 2 notes are the same, therefore I would stack 5 on top of 1 (maybe also move 1 a bit to the bottom if you do that) (maybe curve a little 1's shape to make it more cute) distance here is to put emphasis on the whistle

00:19:356 (5) - whistle? .-. I would have used it on 00:18:981 (4) - 's tail but idk... i just copied hitsounds zzzz but it does feel out of place, so removed

00:23:481 (4) - something that won't change a thing probably, but I feel that if you stack this under 2 you get more emphasis on the trump at 00:23:669 (5) - i prefer the stack on the (3) to emphasize the drums

00:25:169 (6) - feels a bit too plain xd Suggestion neat

00:34:544 (1,2,3) - triggered by the spacing inconsistency oops

00:35:294 (4,7) - I would have followed the trumpet once again, since it's the one taking the stage more than other instruments vocals do this weird descending pitch that i thought was interesting, so i wanted to capture that here

00:36:981 (5,6) - 1/1 slider feels better, also for the fact you place a finish hitsound on 00:36:981 - wanted to put some emphasis on the clap on the white tick, which i forgot to add lol

00:37:919 (3) - by removing this beat you give more attention to the bass beats, which are the ones taking the stage this time. A 1/1 slider like this is what I meant. there's a bass note here though :v

00:54:419 (3) - circles ;w; Vocals are pretty strong here and using always the basic rhythm feels boring agree

00:56:856 (1) - I guess you relly like this movement, huh... my bad wide angle to reflect the emphasis on the vocals :v

    01:01:731 (2,3) - ctrl + g? 01:01:544 (1,2,3) - vocals all have same emphasis so i wanted to use equal distance

01:06:981 (1) - why NC here? It's the first time you break down the combo like this nc is to highlight the change in instrumentals since this is the only time it occurs throughout the diff

01:11:856 (6,1) - long note starts from 6 tho ;w; wanted to emphasize the downbeat since there's a heavy kick to it. added a hitsound there to make it more distinct

00:29:106(2,3,4,5) more uneven jumps jumps here are increasing in distance to show an increase in intensity since the vocals here are slightly more powerful than the previous parts of the song

Why, exactly, are you mapping all the songs I love?
placeholding

As promised.

[Mk's Easy]
This diff is probably fine, though I have some concerns about the flow and structural stuff.
But the mapper isn't here, so I guess there's no point asking orz

[Normal]
  1. 00:08:669 (3) - slightly off-track, but probably fine. Fix this if you want to.
  2. 00:11:106 (3) - It might be a better idea to change this into 2 circles. Contrast between 00:09:794 (5) - and 00:10:544 (1,2) - will highlight the trumpet(I think) and the drum. It's won't be too hard imo.
  3. 00:14:294 (2,3) - maybe it's just me but I think this is really awkward. Some zigzags or curving them will do.
  4. 00:17:669 (2,3,4) - no. not in Normal. too hard to read.
  5. The 1/2 triplets or doubles worry me. Try to keep them consistent: stack, or spread, unless there's something that signifies otherwise such as 00:35:856 (3,4,5) - .
Although this is not the easiest diff, but it's still Normal. Please make it friendly to beginners.
  6. 00:41:669 (3,4,5,6) - Try something like this so as to make 00:41:669 (3,4) - more comfortable to play and some emphasis to 00:42:419 (5,6) - .
  7. 00:50:106 (3,4) - separate them into circles? emphasis. check point 2. it's something similar
  8. 01:25:169 (4,5,1) - same reason, but I think this one is fine for they put nice emphasis on 01:25:544 (1) -
About the kiai, I don't see anything really wrong with it, but something can be improved.
00:52:544 (1,2,3,4) - and similar points like 00:58:544 (1,2,3) - 01:04:544 (1,2,3) - don't quite live up to the music. I expect so much more than a series of 1/1 sliders orz. Here's my idea but please, don't copy them. I don't want to turn this into Crystilz's Normal

    Just be creative XD
Remember, these are suggestions and you don't need to fix according to them. Just do things that make the map more enjoyable and fit with your style and preference. ;)
[Hard]
  1. 00:00:044 (1,2,3,4) - wat
  2. 00:02:856 (1,2,3,4,5) - something like this should flow better
  3. 00:11:669 (5,1) - stacking will make the pattern feel more as a whole, but this is also fine.
  4. 00:12:794 (3,4,5) - I don't see any reason for the flow break here besides you ran out of space lol.
  5. After you fix (or not) ^, try making 00:13:169 (4,5) - exciting. Something like accelerating motion will do.
  6. 00:20:294 (3,4) - blanket them, or continue the pattern.
  7. 01:04:169 (5,6) - I feel like they shouldn't be stacked. The trumpet calls for them being spread lol.
[Doormat's Sympathy]
oh you again
  1. 00:12:606 (3,4,5,6,7) - I get the accelerating idea here, but try making it more obvious maybe? It's so subtle that the effect is somehow lost. Slow 00:11:856 (2,3) - more and make the DS differences more noticable.
  2. 00:21:044 (1) - I think this one deserves a jump. The reason is pretty obvious.
  3. 00:27:044 (1) - ^
  4. 00:36:981 (5,6) - why does the spacing drop here? I think just continue 2.xx spacing like 00:36:231 (2,3) - will be better. Sharp drop at 00:37:544 (1) - will provide a great emphasis.
  5. 01:15:794 (1,2,3,4) - lol wtf
Also, lack of spinners, especially is lower diffs, is not very good. Try adding spinners for score variation.

Good luck!~

00:52:544 (1,2,3,4) - and similar points like 00:58:544 (1,2,3) - 01:04:544 (1,2,3) - don't quite live up to the music. I expect so much more than a series of 1/1 sliders orz. Here's my idea but please, don't copy them. I don't want to turn this into Crystilz's Normal lmao I'm copying rhythm for vocals and rhythm

    Just be creative XD
Remember, these are suggestions and you don't need to fix according to them. Just do things that make the map more enjoyable and fit with your style and preference. ;)
[Hard]
  1. 00:00:044 (1,2,3,4) - wat
  2. 00:02:856 (1,2,3,4,5) - something like this should flow better fixed
  3. 00:11:669 (5,1) - stacking will make the pattern feel more as a whole, but this is also fine. This is supposed to be a blanket and a jump at the same time
  4. 00:12:794 (3,4,5) - I don't see any reason for the flow break here besides you ran out of space lol. It's a jump too
  5. After you fix (or not) ^, try making 00:13:169 (4,5) - exciting. Something like accelerating motion will do. I'll think on it
  6. 00:20:294 (3,4) - blanket them, or continue the pattern. blanketted them a bit
  7. 01:04:169 (5,6) - I feel like they shouldn't be stacked. The trumpet calls for them being spread lol. I don't want to ruin this blanket
Also, lack of spinners, especially is lower diffs, is not very good. Try adding spinners for score variation.

deleted spinner in all diffs, I feel part is too quick
Good luck!~
Thanks
Also fixed a lot of missing hitsounds for my diffs orz

I'll wait for Xinely's guaranteed mod~
Mekki
I agree that my easy has a lack on structure and flow, but it's very different from the original diff, especially on the kiai. That's why.

Forest, could you use this code please? Sorry but I think I'll never approve your changes on my difficulties XD I had to do that :P

you're alive :o nice
updated and no problem with it ;)

only thing i'll not keep is the final spinner
Kagetsu
queue

[General]
  1. i would highly recommend adding a spinner at the end of the map, it's totally doable and there's no reason to don't have it, otherwise the scores will be all the same
[Doormat's Symphony]
  1. 00:03:419 (1,1) - i don't really agree with the combo usage here, i guess you used this for "readability" but there's nothing tricky, the jumps are really intuitive and the rhythm doesn't really change so the NC is pointless imo
  2. 00:05:856 - from what i can see, you were following the synth with stuff like 00:05:106 (3,4) - so i think you could change this 00:05:856 (5,1) - for a 1/1 slider since it's more intuitive, you could also use more spacing for this note, since the beat is pretty strong o.o (i'd say the same for spots like 00:07:356 - ,00:08:856 - etc)
  3. 00:35:856 (7,8,1) - are you sure about the triplet? i can't really hear an 1/4 note here, sounds out of place :'(
  4. 00:45:044 - seems to be an stronger beat than 00:44:856 - , i guess you were trying to follow the voice but i think if that's your intention, then you should extend 00:44:856 (1) - to the red tick
  5. 00:46:169 - this plays kinda odd, it lacks of emphasis and also the transition from the previous objects makes it unintuitive due the angles between the objects, i think something like this represents the music much better and also it's nicer to play
  6. 01:03:044 - you could have used more clickable objects for this phrase, i didn't really like how the snares were put on slider tails, since they are really noisy
  7. 01:08:950 (7) - overmapped?
  8. 01:15:981 (2,4) - i think you could use hitsounds to represent the drums on these objects, can also add some whistles to represent the piano xd

Easy :
- 00:03:044 (1) - holyshit spinner with notes?
- 00:22:544 (1,2,3) - try blanket please
- 00:28:544 (1,3) - not recommended for easy, the combo (300 or 100 or 50) covers the (3)'s head which makes hard to read for newbies
- 00:34:544 (1,2) - can try better blanket
- 00:50:856 - should be mapped 8(, try http://puu.sh/qlqt7/b4378f2272.jpg
- 01:23:669 (3,4) - tiny error spacing. 1,30x to 1,24x the difference is so big

Normal :
- 00:03:981 - can add note here you know normal diff needs 1/2 and seems lack of 1/2 on this diff
- 00:05:856 - ^ (because trumpet)
- 00:13:544 (1) - try make your slider to not curve on tail, i mean more vertical on the curve, it feels unnatural with previous flow
- 00:17:669 (2,3,4) - hard diff? O_O (stack isnt allowed in normal, and you use it combine with unstack O_O)
- 00:20:481 - can add note for consistency with 00:21:981 -
- 00:41:669 (3) - curve on downward to make better flow
- 00:43:544 (1) - ctrl+g (with fix spacing) give a lot smoother flow
- 00:53:106 - add note for consistency with 00:54:606 -
- 00:56:856 (3,4) - 2 of 1/2 sliders give better feedback to the map imo, 00:57:231 - 00:57:419 - are strong and different music so you have to map them w/o follow other (00:57:044 - ) in a note
- 01:05:856 - same as 00:53:106 -
- 01:09:044 (3,4) - weird flow :C
- 01:14:481 - can add note here if follow vocal (i guess you're following vocal too)
- 01:25:169 (4,5,1) - same as 00:17:669 (2,3,4) -

ok for me spread from normal to hard is a bit too far. normal in here imo should have SR around 2 to make better spread (your hard contains 2 of triplets when normal barely can see the 1/2), imo my suggestions will make this better so yea

Hard :
- 00:00:044 (1,2,3,4) - more symmetrical? XD
- 00:03:044 (3) - you emphasis those strong musics with slider's repeat? poor :C
- 00:12:794 (3) - 496,288 to improve the design, forget your consistency spacing pls thx
- 00:29:294 (3,4) - symmetrical pls

honestly i dislike normal and hard flow, feel like unsmooth not fit with my taste so good luck ><

Distance between Insane and Hard: 1.18
Distance between Hard and Normal: 1.18

It's fine for now, so don't worry about it ^w^

Hard :
- 00:00:044 (1,2,3,4) - more symmetrical? XD already symmetrical, I created this with CTRL+SHIFT+D
- 00:03:044 (3) - you emphasis those strong musics with slider's repeat? poor :C I feel it's fine
- 00:29:294 (3,4) - symmetrical pls already symmetrical

fixed everything excepting red things, thanks

[Doormat's Symphony]
  1. 00:03:419 (1,1) - i don't really agree with the combo usage here, i guess you used this for "readability" but there's nothing tricky, the jumps are really intuitive and the rhythm doesn't really change so the NC is pointless imo i disagree; new combos can also be used to emphasize certain parts of the song as well; they aren't used exclusively for helping with readability or ensuring that the combo count doesn't get too long. in this case, the new combos are to emphasize the high pitched piano notes that come into play here
  2. 00:05:856 - from what i can see, you were following the synth with stuff like 00:05:106 (3,4) - so i think you could change this 00:05:856 (5,1) - for a 1/1 slider since it's more intuitive, you could also use more spacing for this note, since the beat is pretty strong o.o (i'd say the same for spots like 00:07:356 - ,00:08:856 - etc) there's a kick on the downbeat that i wanted to emphasize, hence why this is divided up like this
  3. 00:35:856 (7,8,1) - are you sure about the triplet? i can't really hear an 1/4 note here, sounds out of place :'( the triple is to accentuate the pitch change in the vocals, although i've gotten this comment before. will change if it comes up again in the future
  4. 00:45:044 - seems to be an stronger beat than 00:44:856 - , i guess you were trying to follow the voice but i think if that's your intention, then you should extend 00:44:856 (1) - to the red tick yeah you're right; changed up rhythm here to make downbeat clickable
  5. 00:46:169 - this plays kinda odd, it lacks of emphasis and also the transition from the previous objects makes it unintuitive due the angles between the objects, i think something like this represents the music much better and also it's nicer to play changed pattern here when i changed the above; hopefully it's better now?
  6. 01:03:044 - you could have used more clickable objects for this phrase, i didn't really like how the snares were put on slider tails, since they are really noisy i think the instruments take more precedent than the drums here
  7. 01:08:950 (7) - overmapped? again, it's to help accentuate the pitch change in the vocals. this one is more noticeable than the other so i don't think this one needs to be changed
  8. 01:15:981 (2,4) - i think you could use hitsounds to represent the drums on these objects, can also add some whistles to represent the piano xd i don't think hitsounds are necessary here; it'd make the slider stream sound too busy imo
this song again
thanks for the mod. @Underforest since there's no longer a second Insane i don't see the need to have a custom diff name, so i renamed the diff to [Doormat's Insane]. feel free to change it back to [Symphony] if you really want to keep it that way http://puu.sh/qlzJQ/a4633abe40.zip

Easy :
- 00:22:544 (1,2,3) - try blanket please I think he wants to keep this to follow music
- 00:28:544 (1,3) - not recommended for easy, the combo (300 or 100 or 50) covers the (3)'s head which makes hard to read for newbies is not that hard tho but let's see the opinion of bns
- 00:34:544 (1,2) - can try better blanket same as second 22 and also to keep consistency
- 00:50:856 - should be mapped 8(, try http://puu.sh/qlqt7/b4378f2272.jpg he also wants to follow music and do this easy for beginners

Make your Kiai time setting consistent.

[Easy]
00:13:544 (1,2) - The blanket needs fixing.

[Normal]
01:26:669 (3) - Add a note here!

[Hard]
00:05:106 (3,4) - This layout is not flow-friendly. Also 00:05:856 - here's a rather strong beat that deserves to be clickable. Try this! https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/5771077
00:42:044 (1) - This long reverse slider covers too much vocals, it's better to take it apart and map the vocals out.
00:47:294 (2) - 00:47:481 has a drum sound, you need to map it!

[Insane]
00:03:419 (1) - Remove NC
