Because it'd be a pretty smart move to PM your prod request to Navizel right after posting that fake kill. It makes you look town, while at the same time preventing me from confirming I'm town, by an accident on the mod's behalf. As you posted yourself, that prod was too early, but not too early to prevent a prod request. A few minutes shouldn't matter.
But, judging by that timing, the fact that you could've fakekilled me much sooner to get that information out of me (there were far better reasons to do that before rEdo got prodded), it's not very weird to think you may have been waiting for the right opportunity to pull such a move. Which would be a brilliant move as scum. If you already know I'm town, you wouldn't pull a move such as fakekilling me right after learning my role, because my reaction to that would obviously be town, which would benefit town but not scum. On the other hand, if a mod post happens not long after your post that doesn't include my death, then yeah, I pretty much lose all opportunity to definitively prove I'm town, and you appear to be a townie who was legit trying to figure out someone's alignment.
The only reason I'm not certain of this is because of the 45 minute gap between your kill post and Navizel's prod, but that's still enough time for him to have read your prod request in pm and posted about it when it was the right time. It would've been risky, but not devastatingly so. The only thing that would've happened if I posted before Navizel's prod would be that people would've known my alignment. Which isn't a big deal - you could find someone else to lynch and then nightkill me (if you really wanted to get rid of me) instead.
I know it may seem a bit far fetched but it looks like an allround good move to make, scum or town, so I want to see if it's possible to anonymously request a prod in pm to the mod. If so, then I'm fairly certain this was a move on your part (because it means that Navizel indeed didn't prod rEdo on his own, it seems kinda odd to me that he'd post the prod so soon out of his own accord. It's more like someone was waiting for that prod - not entirely impossible that Navizel was waiting, but it seems more unlikely to me than someone else waiting for a reason), and you'll get right up there on my list along with SNB. If not, then you're most certainly town trying to figure out my alignment.
Anyone making an obvtown move should be doublechecked for their motives imo. And I think this is a pretty good way of checking it without consulting the person in question.
